Oh God, I can't even describe the drama I had when this dropped in BRD. It me as a shammy healing, and a huntard was in the group as well. Keep in mind, I had some crappy level 30 greens and rares as my healing set. Before I could even ask, "May I need?", the huntard rolls need and I lose. Suffice to say, if you got a shammy and hunter in a pug and this drops, I'd might as well drop the group. (Sorry if it sounds like I was just QQ'ing)

Not too sure if this is helpful to anyone, but farming for it to post in AH might be good. It's BoE and netted me about 250g. Not sure about drop %, since I was farming dark iron for rep with the Thorium Brothers, but it's worth grinding anyways for the average of 400g per run, if ya have the extra time...friggen dungeon is huge!
