This item is dropped at Blackhand in Mythic mode. It can also be looted by using a bonusroll.

After looting the item, it offers a quest, you can simply finish at Lady Liadrin, who can be fount in Talador at 50.01 48.61 (/way Talador 50.01 48.61 Lady Liadrin - T17 Token - Essence of the Iron Conqueror).

By finishing the quest, you have the choice to choose out of one specific token for you slot (head, chest, ...).

In addition, the set items are not spec-binded, so if you respecc to your secondary spec, the set items change their bonus abilities.

Blackhand tokens are submitted at 瑪拉達爾主教 (for Alliance) and 莉雅德倫女士 (for Horde) at 50, 48.6 in Talador, southwest of the Shatrath City flight point. The quest allows you to choose any of the five T17 pieces of appropriate difficulty for your class.
