For those of you looking for this robe for Transmogrification: which has a small drop table, but worth checking out. My personal favorite is 血蝕之刃. Having done all that you can go into the door to "The Lyceum" and follow steps 8, 9 and 10 to get to 達格蘭‧索瑞森大帝 This method is a little slower than the above method because of the slightly long fight with the 7 dwarves, but efficient none the less because you'll obliviously get more drops. :)

This little BRD: LC flowchart is also helpful in case you get lost.

This robe doesn't have a transmog page of its own. A bit of info on what it's related to...

This robe uses the Red variant of the "C4 Robe" artwork. 高級秘法長袍 is identical in appearance.

The artwork for this robe actually doesn't provide graphics for any other pieces (helm, shoulders, belt, gloves, boots). While the sleeve artwork could be used for bracers and the skirt part of the robe could be used for pants or a kilt, they haven't been. So just pick whatever you think matches, as there's no "proper" matches.

There are seven other colours of this robe in the artwork database and five of them are available in the game (including the special Frost one). See:
Blue: 心靈漩渦長袍 and 曲能灌注披氅
Green: 議員長袍
Orange: 聯合團戰士長袍
Purple: 高等參事長袍, 奧秘長袍 and 華貴長袍 (all three have slightly different sleeves)
Frost: Naxxramas Glacial Regalia. This is a modified set with extra pieces that were created especially
The missing colours are Teal and Yellow. Neither appears to be available, sadly
