Completing the five dailies, for Horde players:

100 Honey
60 Autumnal Herbs

20 Simple Flour (buy from any cooking supplies vendor, including the Pilgrim's bounty ones)
20 Mild Spices (buy from any cooking supplies vendor, including the Pilgrim's bounty ones. Also general goods vendors and trade supplies usually have them)
20 Ripe Tirisfal Pumpkin in Undercity from Rose Standish (outside in the ruins, near the barrels)
20 Tangy Southfury Cranberries in Orgrimmar from Dalni Tallgrass (outside Orgrimmar's gates)
20 Mulgore Sweet Potato in Thunder Bluff from Laha Farplain (at the bottom of the lifts to the west of the city)
20 Wild Turkey in Tirisfal

If you don't want to do the more time-consuming daily involving wild turkeys, you will need 60 Honey and 40 Autumnal Herbs instead; the rest is the same (minus the turkey, of course).

I see several people saying they had 44 or 50 bags, posted today or yesterday.
Pilgrim's bounty started yesterday, I did all the quests, and I got 4 or 5 bags from those.
I have no additional quests to pick up.
How do you get so many bags in two days?

The 5 Daily Quests

Each quest requires a different cooking level, ranging from 1 to 280. The recipes are obtained from Bountiful Cookbook (H) at a vendor near the quest givers.

This guide assumes that you can cook everything. However, if you can't, these recipes will give you enough cooking levels to raise your cooking to over 410 (!) if you make each recipe ~70 times. Make sure to buy each level of 烹飪 (@ 50, 125, 200, 275) or you'll be wasting cooking levels! There is a 烹飪 trainer at each location if you need to learn the recipe for 香料麵包.

Note: This is for the dailies only. There are additional quests on the first day which require more ingredients. (See below)

I'd be happy if someone can confirm this.

I have opened exactly 35 bags for now, and strangely I feel that there is a pattern here.

旅人豐年祭獎勵 recieved from the火雞不足 in Ironforge gave me 2 精美旅人帽
旅人豐年祭獎勵 recieved from the一「派」輕鬆 in Darnassus gave me 4 害怕的灌木雞

Don't get me wrong, I'm not bragging or anything, I'm just pretty positive that these quests tend to award the following items.

If anyone else can confirm this, that would be great.
If this turns out to be right then I guess the 鍍銀火雞獵槍 should drop from either蔓越莓甜酸醬又吃完了？ or她要甘薯

Hoping for a toy soon.

After 5 days and 159 dailies on 33 characters (2 of them with cooking, and the rest are lvl 1) I got:

A newer way to farm 旅人豐年祭獎勵 for 鍍銀火雞獵槍, 精美旅人帽, or 害怕的灌木雞 can be done by creating a fresh allied race character--preferably a highmountain tauren or nightborne. In doing so, you will be a portal away from the Orgrimmar Embassy and can mount up to get to the npc offering 別忘了餡料! without needing access to a 配有司機的摩托車. On top of this, allied race characters start with 1 gold, more than enough to learn cooking, spice bread, and obtain the materials for stuffing. Finally, since these are fresh characters and not trial characters, you can make as many as you want per hour; remember that each wow account can only have 50 total characters on it.

Pros/cons of this method over class trials:

Pro:

Self-sufficient. Don't need to mail any materials/gold
Quest can be completed at level 1 cooking. Other Pilgrim's Bounty Dailies require higher cooking (other comments have methods to reach 280 if you'd like)
No character creation limit; you can only make 4 class trials an hour+8 a week. Fresh allied races can be made as often as you want.
Fill up a server with 18 characters and still have enough gold for the whole event

Con:

You must have 同盟種族：高嶺牛頭人 or 同盟種族：夜裔精靈 to do this exact method.
Slower mount speed and no flying.
Only one of the dailies can be easily done on a fresh character: Stuffing.
addons will need to be disabled so you don't go crazy with endless new character profiles to set up

An efficient way of farming these is to do all the cooking on a single character and then put the food into your warband bank. Your alts can then complete the quests without even withdrawing the food from the warband bank. I would suggest skipping the turkeys since that is time consuming compared to the other four food items. Don't forget to use your Chef's Hat if you have it to speed up the cooking process.

Thanks to the Warband Bank just bulk craft all foods for the dailies and chuck them into it with your main, then all your alts can quickly turn the dailies in without needing to craft anything... don't even need to grab it from the warband bank. 👍

I have a not well-tested theory that you can only receive one of the new back transmogs per day(or at least have a higher chance for the first per day). I've gotten one mog in the first 10 bags both today and yesterday, and then none for the next 20+ bags.
I would love to be proven wrong on this though if others have had a different experience.

Took me 172 bags to get all 4 new backpacks if someone is curious about the drop rate. Starting doing and got 3 backpacks on Tuesday(3rd day of the event) within ~60 bags, then went another ~60 bags without getting the 4th one, obtained last one on Wednesday. Made me wonder if drop rate could be something like boosted rate for first backpack with stacking rate for each day of the event running, like if it was easy to get 2 backpacks total on 2nd day and so on.

For those farming the new items from 旅人豐年祭獎勵, I found it fairly easy enough to create a new Allied Race character, then learn both 烹飪 and 香料麵包 to do 別忘了餡料! / 別忘了餡料! which only requires level 1 skill to make.

Didn't bother looking at the new backpack cosmetics until the final day and did the new char mag'har orc strat with ~1000 of the cooked stuffing in warband bank.

Got all 4 in about 50 turn ins. May have been lucky after reading some of the other comments, but also people who get them within a reasonable number are less likely to post. I almost didn't try for them cause of this, but it only took about an hour to get all 4.

Bit late to the party but here's my stats for the backpacks.
In total it took me 68 pulls to get all 4 backpacks. No duplicates, I received them in the following order. Green -> Purple -> White -> Orange
I did this in a single day across 17 alts (4 pull per alt). I opted to skip the turkey daily cause getting the turkey is annoying and a waste of time.
I premade like 1000 of each of the other 4 dishes and put them in my warbank. Alts were able to auto-complete the quest because of this (BIG TIME SAVE).
