Apparently several of these "Techniques" can be found on the Timeless Isle off random mobs. After about 10-12 slayings of the Spectral Mistweavers, Windwalkers, and Brewmasters, I got a "Technique: Glyph of Hand of Sacrifice" ...but still looking for Glyph of Angels. Hopefully the droprate remains at around 10%, or this is going to be a long night...

Edit to Add: If you're not a scribe, if you haven't got Inscription as one of your two main professions, I doubt this will drop for you. (It's Bind On Pickup.) As ever, remember that the extremely low droprate % listed is for ALL players looting these mobs, not just those who have the right profession to see it drop. Good hunting!

Dropped this off a gulp frog on the timeless isle, but I'm pretty sure it was a random drop. Farmed for hours upon hours in the zone, including normal, elites and rares. Glyph techniques seem to be extremely rare. Seems like the longer I farm, the worse drop rates get in general.

This is one of the new cosmetic glyphs for priests added in 5.4

I can confirm this drops from mobs in the Timeless Isle and have heard people reporting drops from other "normal" zones throughout Pandaria

With this glyph EVERY heal you cast - including PW:Shield - will grant you wings that are a duplicate of the Archangel wings from Discipline priests.
The wings have a very short duration of about a second.

This glyph could do with a little buff to its duration as constantly disappearing and reappearing wings look weird IMO.

Glyph was added again now in 7.2.5 patch. It drops in Mist of Pandaria dungeons. You can also farm it through MoP timewalking.

I can confirm that it doesn't have to be Timewalking to drop. I farmed Normal Mogu'shan Palace for it and got it on the first run. This was after doing every raid so it seems to be fairly rare.

Got this today while farming Timeless Coins on Timeless Island during the MoP Timewalking event. So you don't have to be doing Timewalking to get these.

As of Patch 7.2.5, I can confirm that this also drops from mobs inside of the Trove of the Thunder King scenario. Got it on my Rogue while going for the hidden appearance just now.

After farming this for 5-6 hours at 488 inscription, Timeless Isle, Mogu'shan palace and Isle of giants, I got 500 inscription then killed some turtles on timeless isle and had this drop after 8 kills.. Extremely likely you need 500 inscription to have this drop.

Was all set for a nice, long grind: set up my list of MoP dungeons, and which ones I need xmog from . . . and it dropped from the 1st trash after the 1st boss in my 1st run of the 1st dun (Gate of the Setting Sun). NOW what do I do with the rest of my night?

Dropped by the trash pack right before first boss in Mogu'shan Palace (Normal). It was also dropped by last pack of trash before final boss in the same dungeon when I tried to get it on an alt. These are both on their first runs.

So, this says it requires Pandaria Inscription but uses Northrend Ink and is listed under Northrend Inscription in the skillbook when unlearned. So if it's Northrend mats, why does it drop in Pandaria and list Pandaria requirements?

This dropped for me from the Ordon on the Timeless Isle after the 8.0 switchover, at max Northrend skill. It's listed as taking Ink of the Sea to craft and it can be crafted with it.

It's as if this glyph is having an identity crisis.

Went to Timeless Isle after reading the comments here. As soon as I landed, started AOE killing the turtles by the Horde flight point. No luck after clearing out the beach to the path that heads to the courtyard, so I decided to try out the grubs. Skunky Alemental rare was up so I killed all the alementals to spawn him and got it off about the 6th alemental. All told maybe took 4 or 5 minutes after landing. I don't know if this is pure luck or a normal farming experience now, but hope this helps a little. Timeless Isle might be the best bet after all.

Oh, and did this on a Disc priest level 110 during BfA with Inscription maxed up to Pandaria, then Draenor at 73/100, Legion at 0/100, and haven't even learned Zandalari yet.

in order for glyph to drop u need to go to inscription trainer in pandaria first and learn Pandaria Inscription, there is one above Mogu'shan Palace, u can go kill trash into Mogu'shan Palace after visiting trainer and you should get it pretty fast.

I got it from the the heroic version of Scholomance, which technically is a MoP dungeon. It drops MoP related items as Pearl Milk Tea, Tangy Yogurt etc.

Just got it myself in Mogu'Shan Palace HC (not during timewalking), from some mobs, right before the second boss. The drop rate might be higher than listed in here so don't get discouraged by the numbers. My char also had full inscription up until BfA.

It's a MoP item and is a random drop from MoP related content, I just got it on my mage which has Inscription in a timewalking Mogu'Shan Palace. But I'm confused as to why this is categorized in Northrend part in the profession listings...

This is likely just coincidence but i entered Mogushan Palace with 28 Northrend inscription and 25 Pandaren inscription. Got all the way to the last boss without a drop so i got Northrend inscription to level 30 just before the final pack and it dropped on the first one.

TLDR; it dropped in Mogushan Palace heroic when i had 30 Northrend inscription and 25 Pandaren inscription.

Northrend and Pandaria inscription both '75'. Tried Mogushan Palace on normal, resetting about 15 times. Got bored and decided on a change of scenery. Headed to Timeless isle and it dropped in about 3 minutes off a mob in Old Pi'jiu. Hope this helps. :-)

Still available in 9.0. I went to Timeless Isle and got it either from Gu'chi the Swarmbringer or one of the adds. It was the second rare I killed on the island.

Can confirm, this confused me a bit cause it's listed under Northrend Inscription, uses Northrend mats, but it just dropped off a Tigerfly in the Jade Forest in Pandaria for me. Little bit of a head scratcher, but hey! Happy to have it!

I could learn it because it requires pandaria inscription.. but now I can't craft it before learning northrend inscription I guess. I don't have it in my profession window.

looted the recipe on a trash mob in mogushan palace the dungeon in the vale of eternal blossoms, seeing a comment that someone looted it there, i went there and looted the recipe on one of the adds before the first boss, some luck of course but should be that long for anyone hopefully
i'm maxed out in all inscription expansions (apparently doesnt matter but writing it just in case)

I just got this pattern from the trash at the very beginning of Siege of Orgrimmar (normal). I had been planning to farm a different pattern by killing the starting trash and resetting. I got TWO copie sof this pattern from the first group I killed lol.
