Another database site was able to mine which spells are affected. Keep in mind this is still early in the PTR so things can change. Some don't even have the full 6 spells that it is associated with.

Anyone know if the CD reduction is 39% (as per the item's tooltip) or 17% (as per the spell's tooltip)? Obviously it may still be subject to change, but it would be useful to get an idea for now.

Got this last night as a fury warrior, this is going to be insane on AoE fights as you can Bloodbath+Bladestorm every 42 seconds with it.

My only Concern with this trinket, is that it un-syncs the cool downs of skull banner and recklessness. I've been playing around with simcraft in an attempt to figure out how best to use my cool downs with this but I am not sure it sims correctly. For now at least it appears it will be beneficial to hold you recklessness until you have skull banner up, I'll update you with the next release of simcraft.

Edit: Update on the Recklessness Front. It is apparently best to use recklessness off cooldown still, You should wait and use them together for when you are entering execute phase with your 2nd Potion and BL however to get one last big cooldown burst at the end of the fight. Obviously this is assuming a tank and spank situation, it will play out differently depending on the fight.

Although its true potential comes from maximizing the abilities that have shorter cooldowns in a raid environment...

This trinket is phenomenal for Proving Grounds! Especially those stuck attempting Endless 10+ or higher. As a Warrior, Tier 4 and 6 become available up to 2x per round for the times you're barely gunna beat the timer on Endless Mode, in addition to the 5084 Strength every round even at the scale down 463 item level (45 sec after the 10 sec buff wears off, 55 sec total), assuming you proc it each time its available. When your potential is limited to a max of 463 gear in Proving Grounds (Challenge Modes too), the only thing better than pure luck is this trinket.

If you are a Ret Pally and got the Clemency talent the trinklet will not reduce the cooldown of Hand of Protection and Hand of Freedom but will still work on the cooldown of the other 4 abilities.

On the other hand if you have the Unbreakable Spirit talent it will stack with the trinklet and reduce the cooldown of Divine Protection (22.2 sec) and Divine Shield (1.85 min).

After getting this trinket as a fury warrior, i assumed that the bloodbath/bladestorm combo would be amazing. But later i realized the ultimate way to use this trinket in AOE situations. Shockwave loses 20 second of its cooldown when it hits 3 or more enemy units. And with the trinket, the actual cooldown in 28.4 sec. So with Shockwave, you get a stun every 8 seconds in moments with multiple targets. And if the target is stunnable, the target will be stunned half the time since the Shockwave stun lasts for 4 seconds.

Assuming neither the trinket nor the spell Shockwave gets changed/nerfed, this is the best way to go on bosses like Galakras and in pretty much every trash situation.
