Found inside Ancient Guo-Lai Caches. All of the caches are now at the end of the left hall or at the end of the back hall from where you enter. Also there are a bunch of mobs so unless you're a stealther be careful.

EDIT: Blizz hotfixed the bug with the recipes only dropping for people with exactly 525 cooking skill.

EDIT: THESE RECIPES HAVE NOW BEEN HOTFIXED. They should drop as normal.

Since there is hardly any information going around about these new recipes I'm going to try to make things as clear as possible. At its current state these things seem to be bugged. I tried farming these recipes on my main, maxed level cooking for hours and hours, by killing mobs, looting chests etc, and nothing.

Then I saw a report about someone having looted these with Illustrious Grand Master Cook 525, so I decided to try it out on an alt. My druid was about 25 cooking when I started, and trying to farm the recipes at that level gave me no luck. I then leveled my cooking to 525, but DID NOT LEARN ZEN COOKING, and had the recipe drop my first try.

So the trick atm seems to be to have 525 Illustrious Grand Master Cook, but no further than that. Farm mogu mobs around Gou-Lai halls for the 遠古郭萊貯物箱鑰匙 and loot the treasure chests inside Guo-Lai Halls in Vale of Eternal Blossom. The keys might have a low droprate, but just keep farming and they will pop up for you.

Since the recipes themselves actually require 600 cooking, I suggest you farm all the recipes you want before you continue to level your cooking!

These can be obtained by getting 遠古郭萊貯物箱鑰匙 from the mogu in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and opening the caches now located at the end of the hallways in the Guo-Lai Halls.

The 新鮮的雙龍果 required for this recipe can be gathered from the trees surrounding Mistfall Village. They hang off the branches and can be picked while on a flying mount and in midair.

The information of the récipes its bad not 450 is 300 and you can get it in the chest below the cript... No secret room, no trick... there are 11 chest down there, bring Guo-Lai cache Keys to open the 11 chest in one round.... in my firts time i get 5 recipes

As of this posting (5 months into BfA), this recipe dropped for my toon which has not yet learned Pandaren cooking skill at all. The recipe for Seasoned Pomfruit Slices requires Way of the Wok (75) to learn.

Confirming that as of Shadowlands, this recipe still drops from the Ancient Guo-Lai Cache, and dropped on 1/31/2021. Just posting since Blizz seems to have removed this recipe from their API.
