Early EJ testing shows that this only procs from Auto attacks: However, with DS prioritized first in the FCFS, it reduces DS's effective CD at about 5 seconds, making it stronger than CS:

DS cooldown of 5 seconds:12 casts at 121% weapon damage = 1452% over 1 minute
CS cooldown of 4 seconds: 15 casts at 93% weapon damage = 1395% over 1 minute

The 4pc also works with the SotP talent, making the total extra damage on SoV greater:

33 * 1.15 * 1.1 = 42% weapon damage per seal hit when 5 stacked (up from 38)
Base judgement damage * 1.15 *1.1= 26.5% total increased Judgement damage (up from 15%)

Okay at least its camouflage..if I ambush someone in grizzly hills or howling fjord.

I really don't know why the picked GREEN instead of white (like T8) for set color.

Anyone else dissapointed in the lack of hit rating on the tier set? I spose Haste is a pure DPS stat, but with ArPen on almost all the gear available with frost badges, Hit seems to be a somewhat difficult stat to come by.

I agree, it seems since the new patch u cant go wrong with haste, I'm a jc and have 3 +34str gems, since I have this bonus I have used fierce ametrine(+10str and +10haste) in my yellow sockets, espeically on the new 264 dps cloak for pallys, best gem for it in my opinion! My haste rating is 357 with gems, and my Arm pen is 457 with the turylons t9 non heroic set, now from what i can see, I dont think us ret pallys need to worry about it in the t10 sets :)

2 piece bonus seems bugged (or intended?) as Seal of Command increases procrate drastically when attacking multiple targets. DS cooldown resets pretty much every swing while hitting 3 targets (3 rolls for 40%). It's noticeable even when attacking single target, just not so much.

edit: nvm blizz changed the way PPM works on attacks and this doesnt work anymore.

I have definitely noticed that while aoeing trash in ICC, when divine storming with seal of command up, I get a LOT more 2 piece procs than if i'm fighting, say a single mob. It's not unusual to see the 2 piece chain proc 5, 6, 7 times in a row. I just keep gleefully mashing the divine storm(then common sense kicks in and I realise that I really don't want to pull aggro and die like a noob-not before dying like a noob a few times to drive the lesson home)

2 piece bonus also gives a 100% chance to make you best friends with Divine Plea, if you are not already :)

If you have 4 pieces of the Tier 10 set and are deciding which piece you should spend a token on:
Chest, legs and head pieces all give same stat increases compared to their 251 versions with the exception of armor which is breaking ties. Gloves and shoulders give only 2/3rds the increase of the other 3. This means:

Token purchase upgrade order:
Chest = Head >> Gloves = Shoulders

Tier legs are missing a socket compared to other 264 legs such as the crafted ones. But if you really want the T10 paladin legs:
Chest = Legs = Head >> Gloves = Shoulders

4-piece bonus is completely inferior to 2-piece bonus in 4.0, where judgements and seals do a small part of our overall dmg. With 2x T9 giving the same flat 5% dmg boost as 2x T10, having 2x T9 + 2x T10 beats 4x T10.
