The Garrison Campaign Troubleshooter - Fixing Incomplete Campaigns!

來自 jjanchan 已更新： 2022/05/13

[This Is A User-Submitted Guide!]

[Wowhead only updates official guides, so information might not be up-to-date.]

Some notes on garrison campaigns and quests:

Usually you will receive one garrison campaign questline per week. It is possible to get more than one a week, however.

You need to be level 100 and have at least a level 2 garrison to receive the quests.

As aforementioned, not completely finishing a quest line can prevent another campaign quest from appearing the following week.

Completing all the garrison campaign questlines awards the achievement 要塞戰役/要塞戰役

Various other rewards are included in specific questlines as noted below, including gold, 要塞資源, toys and a title, among other things.

Completing all 12 chapters also awards a follower, and a couple of follower upgrade items.

The first 10 quest lines/chapters will spawn from week to week in a random order, but the last two chapters are in a set order at the end - A Strike at the Heart and Primal Fury

Some of the quest lines send you to an area corresponding to an apexis daily, with a progress bar that will award gold and 800 頂尖水晶 when completed.

Completing the Iron Siegeworks chapter will grant you a permanent 黑鐵鑽地機, which sits outside your garrison and grants a one-way teleport to your outpost in Gorgrond (Beastwatch/Highpass)

The very FIRST thing you should do is check your quest log for quests you haven't completed under the heading "Garrison Campaign". If there is one there, this is what you need to continue to progress the quest line - you don't need to go any further in this guide!

Determine which chapters you have not completed out of 要塞戰役/要塞戰役 (Note that A Strike at the Heart and Primal Fury will always be the last two chapters you complete - the rest come in random order before that)

Select the appropriate chapter below (for Horde or Alliance) to reveal the quest line.

Starting at Quest 1 of that quest line, copy and paste the corresponding script into a chat window in game (on the appropriate character!) and press 'Enter'
A response that returns "True" means your character has completed the quest

A response that returns "False" means your character has not completed the quest

If the very FIRST quest of that particular quest line returns "False", then you likely have not had that chapter appear yet. Keep looking for a quest line that may be partially incomplete.

If you find that the first quest in any line returns "True", but you haven't completed that quest line (i.e. you don't have credit for it on the 要塞戰役/要塞戰役 achievement) you have found the broken quest line! Keep going down the list of scripts in that quest line till you get a "False" response with the script - this will tell you which specific quest you have not completed. You may then go the appropriate location/NPC to pick it up and/or complete the objectives.

Make sure to check in your quest log for uncompleted quests which may be sitting there!

I hope this guide was helpful! If so, please rate it to the right, up top!

This helped me! I've been stuck for 3 weeks -- the reason why is because I didn't pick up a quest which isn't required to complete the credit for the achievement, so I qualified as having done it but I couldn't get any additional questlines. You had the script for the entire tree which is how I noticed it :) Thanks

評論來自 1038856

Do you have a hint for the following situation? The "Warlord's Council" is marked incomplete in my garrison campaign achievement (though I'm absolutely sure that I completed it with all subquests). All 5 scripts for "Warlord's Council" return "true". Needless to mention that I haven't been offered any additional quest for the garrison campaign for weeks :-(

The hut in Mok'Gol where the cage and the alliance rogue were is now empty, so no chance to pick up a missing quest.

I'm really stuck . . .

Solution:
Scripts seem to trigger for any of my chars. For this char I just missed the druid with the new quest who was hiding inside the tree.

Thanks for this awesome guide. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting any garrison quests. In the middle of my first garrison quest, I had stopped and not picked up the next quest, so it didn't show up in my quest log. By using your guide I was able to quickly pinpoint the problem, go get the quest and complete it. Now, I'm back on track.

Hello,

I've logged into my wowhead account for the first time in years just to comment on this brilliant article.

After raising tickets with Blizzard and searching the forums for answers, this is the only thing that helped me solve the problem.

I'd like to vote and give this the 10 stars it deserves, but unfortunately the voting buttons don't appear for this article. I'm not sure why.

Anyway, my thanks to the author for what is the best guide I've read in years.

/salute!

Thank you for this guide it really helped be figure out where I had left off with the garrison campaign.

I have to say that this article is a stroke of genius. It helped my mother find out where two of her characters had gone wrong.

Personally I had problems with the warlord's council not showing as finished in the ingame achievement window on my DK. Here she shows correctly with the part complete. I did get the next campaign quest today, so it is just a visual display bug ingame, as CS ensured me was the case.

My observation of doing parts of the campaign on 12 alliance characters is that the achievement parts turns up in three clusters of 4 quest chains, where each cluster needs to be completed before entering the next cluster.

First cluster (random order):
The Sargerei, Darktide Roost, Ring of Blood or Iron Siegeworks.

Second cluster (random order):
The Exarch Call, The Fall of Shattrath, Broken Precipice, Bloodmaul Compound.

Third cluster (not random order):
Heart of the Breakers, The Warlord's Council, A Strike at the Heart, Primal Fury.

Maybe someone else observed something different?

If I could rate this guide six stars, I would. Amazing job, pure genius.

評論來自 monchchi27

Ok so I have these chains left for the acheivement (Heart of the Breakers, The Warlord's Council, A Strike at the Heart, Primal Fury) and all are false on the troubleshooting. I have not had a new quest pop up for several weeks. Is there someone besides scout alvarez that gives these, maybe outside the garrison ?

I have completed all chains except A Stolen Heart and Primal Fury.

I've not done any quest in either of these chains but have no option to start them. Any suggestions?

Thank you for this useful guide, it helped my friend figure out where she had left off on one of the Garrison Campaign quest lines.

Great Guide. Got me back on track with just 3 missing (Heart of the Breakers, A strike to the Heart and Primal Fury). Just one question to confirm: I just finished Heart of the Breakers today...now I have to wait for A strike to the Heart to show up after weekly reset?

Thanks!

*Edit*
showed up one day later.

Great Guide, helped me confirm I have done nothing at on all the campaigns...not even started them. However, I have been 100 since the beginning, I have a level 3 garrison, I have loremaster of Draenor and I have done the first few campaigns on other toons, so I know what to look for, but nothing here. I cant find it. I've looked all over Gorgrond, Talador, for anything unfinished, there is nothing in my questlog. Thisalee Crow has nothing to say to me. And, I never even got the questline for the molemachine out in front of my garrison. Any suggestions for me?

Great guide, thank you for posting this.
However, I'm still having some problems. I'm still missing the last two of the Garrison quests - A Strike at the Heart & Primal Fury. I have done all the other quests and my achievement board shows that all of them have been completed . The last one I did was maybe 2-3 weeks ago and that was Heart of the Breakers. I used the scripts provided and each indeed says they were completed; there was however a hiccup between Quest 3 and the ones after where Thisalee wasn't present with the others so I could get the Descent quest, but reloading the UI seemed to fix that. So now I'm just waiting for the last two quests to present themselves, right? Or is there something I'm missing so that they can be triggered?

I'm not sure how to do the "Protip" section. I have my profile on wowhead imported, it's also on battle.net and seems to be "linked" (I can click "find profile on wowhead" from battle.net, and it takes me to my character) However when I hover over quests, all I get is basic quest information, no tooltip details about my character? Any suggestions?

I am not sure if it was mentioned below, but note that you can complete only one quest line a week. So if you finished Darktide Roost this week, for example, the next chapter first quest will be available only after a reset. If you started Darktide Roost last week and finished it two weeks after, you will still need to wait for a reset to start the next chapter.

Just figured i'd add my own line in. For those of you wondering if you get a "false" return on quests, try checking tanaan jungle. Just had a "Garrison campaign" appear there. So be aware there is a whole second campaign quest chain that counts as your weekly spawn.

For anyone trying to troubleshoot this in Shadowlands the /run scripts no longer work, instead you'll need to use this format
/script print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(35837))
Replace the (questID)) at the end of the macro with the unique quest ID of each quest that is still valid in each of the old scripts.

very informative article, but once i read the disclaimer i was struck with emotional damage. Any idea about how to retrieve "Garrison Campaign: Warlock"? I accidentally abandoned the wrong quest and now i cant get it back even from Exarch Yrel. Ive been trying to troubleshoot for hours now :((((

I'd love to pick up one of these quests, but where is Thrall? Seriously where is Thrall? He's not by the campfire in the Garrison. Is someone else, some other mechanism, giving the quests now post WoD?

評論來自 Maysaveyou

This doesn't help at all. There is no option for me to even start the first quest. My garrison is level 3 and everything has been upgraded.

Absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much for your time and effort. It's clearly helped a lot of people, and it's still helping people today.

This helped me fix issues on a number of my Draenor alts. I would recommend doing these steps to determine if your garrison campaigns are stuck somewhere.

1. Quick-check storyline starting quests

Alliance	Horde
/run local p,t=print,{35837,35861,36219,34284,36163,35185,34026,34409,35679,35985,36160,36134}p("StoryLines")for i=1,#t do p(i,C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(t)and"\124cff00ff00Started"or"\124cffff0000Need",t)end	/run local p,t=print,{35843,35876,36219,34309,32979,35186,34034,34335,35680,36117,36261,36136}p("StoryLines")for i=1,#t do p(i,C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(t)and"\124cff00ff00Started"or"\124cffff0000Need",t)end

2. Quick-check storyline ending quests

4. Look up quest to continue...using quest number or Garrison Campaign Troubleshooter Guide

評論來自 SgtGrumbles

This is mind-numbing. Why did they design quests like this that pop up at total random with no clear start and end? I keep visiting my garrison just hoping one of these will pop up (on a random npc I have no idea who) at the weekly reset. Honestly, why are they still weekly?
