Pull the 佐拉慕斯守門者 solo. These mobs are dangerous, and once engaged will summon a continuous flow of 縫補士兵 adds from the nearby portal.
Healers should dispel 黑暗纏身 as the DoT deals more and more damage over time. This easily kill a player unless dispelled.

The person who is targeted and has the green arrow is not able to dodge 噁心反嘔, so they should stand still while everyone moves out of the way.

噁心反嘔食腐骨蟲random players

Fixated players should kite the 食腐骨蟲 adds. If a 食腐骨蟲 reaches the player and successfully melees, it gains a stack of 血液爆食, dealing more damage.

If a 食腐骨蟲 gains 3 stacks of 血液爆食, it will explode applying 食腐爆發 to all players, a very hard-hitting DoT.

Focus the 食腐骨蟲 adds whenever possible, as they will be what wipes you on this boss!

食腐骨蟲 adds are fully susceptible to Crowd Control, so you should try to keep them clumped and use Stuns to kill them!

荒骨惡臭氣體食腐骨蟲惡臭氣體

This is the reason why you should clear the majority of trash in the area.

Since 惡臭氣體 prevents you from using abilities while in it, the tank should kite 惡臭氣體 around the room

Fixated players should try to kite and kill the 食腐骨蟲 adds in an out-of-the-way location at edges of the room.

Interrupt any 死靈箭s that you can. Your tank will love you for it!

A 佐拉慕斯死靈法師 will be surrounded by many skeletons. Focus Fire the 佐拉慕斯死靈法師 , as all the Skeletons will die when the 佐拉慕斯死靈法師 dies.

When you encounter a 骷髏掠奪者, have one melee assigned to interrupt 刺耳尖嘯. This is prevent any players from getting feared.
Tanks should make sure to face this mob away from the group.

納爾祖達

Help interrupt as many 死靈箭 casts as you can.

Focus on all the casters before focusing on 納爾祖達 himself.

His first major ability is 共享苦痛, which links the Tank to another member of the party. Run away from each other to negate the ability.

The other ability is 黑暗壟罩, which makes him immune to all Physical damage. This can be dispelled with an offensive Purge such as 奧流之術 or 淨魔術.

骷髏巨怪

The 骷髏巨怪 has a lot of health, but doesn't do much other than melee your Tank.

You will have to run out of melee range occasionally due to his 奪魂之風 and 凜冽鐮刀 combo.

Amarth Boss Tips and Strategy in Necrotic Wake亞瑪斯亡者界域

Once the adds have spawned, Amarth will cast 最終收割 shortly after. If any adds are still alive when this cast finishes, it will detonate hitting all players.

Some of these undead are casters or rangers, meaning they won't come into melee range to be easily cleaved down.

You only have a limited amount of time to kill the adds, make sure they die in time!

Healers should be aware that every time Amarth casts 最終收割, he will deal more passive AoE damage through stacks of 苦難迴盪.

亡者界域

Classes with a Soothe effect can use it to dispel 穢邪狂熱.

Classes with an Interrupt can use it to interrupt 死靈箭.

Watch the 死靈吐息 cast, get out of the way!

They have two interruptible casts 血塊噴濺 and 汲取體液.

汲取體液 should be interrupted every single time as it stuns a party member.

血塊噴濺 should be interrupted whenever possible to reduce incoming damage.

琪瑞安縫補怪 will debuff the Tank with 破擊, which stacks. Be careful of pooling too much!

血肉工匠 adds have the 丟擲斬斧 spell, which will hit the first thing in its path, including enemies!

備用零件 will fixate random targets and can't be taunted off. Tanks won't have to worry about Threat on these creatures!

First will be a 縫補助理 and a 肢解助理.
If you're targeted by 丟擲斬斧, point it in the direction of the other mob!

The 肢解助理 will fixate a random player, so make sure to run if that's you!

Surgeon Stitchflesh Boss Tips and Strategy in Necrotic Wake縫補師縫肉縫肉的作品

Cooldowns should not be used on 縫肉的作品 and saved for when Surgeon Stitchflesh becomes targetable.

This player will be marked with an arrow over their head, a circle around them and the 縫肉的作品 will have an arrow pointing towards them.

This player needs to point the arrow directly towards Surgeon Stitchflesh on his balcony.

Once the circle around the player has fully enclosed and disappears, you will see the arrow on the floor extend. This means that the direction of the 肉鉤 has been locked in and you should dodge out of the way.

If the player successfully aimed the hook at the boss, Stitchflesh will be pulled off his balcony and can be damaged.

Make sure to use your cooldowns and try to kill him before he hides again.

If he does end up returning, you should use the next hook to pull him back down again.

This can be dispelled by your healer, but it should only be dispelled when no one else is in the circle. Otherwise, the debuff spreads.

彗星風暴

Nalthor will cast many projectiles aimed at each player's position. This are marked by swirlies and the projectiles fall super fast.

Getting hit by one swirly increases the damage of future swirlies.

When this cast starts, you should start moving. Don't stop until the cast is over.

黑暗流放

This player needs to run to the end of the gauntlet and kill the Enemy on the far side, without dying.

Players only have 50 seconds to complete this gauntlet, or they will automatically die.

However, shortly after this player returns from the Gauntlet, they will drop a massive Void zone on the ground. As such, any returning player should run to a corner to take up the least amount of space possible.

Few questions i'm hoping people know the answer to

Do we know how much damage these two items do?
Does the damage they do scale up with Mythic+ keys?
If you use more than one Javelin at a time does the 20% damage stack up?

Please Update the Guide! Tyrannical TIPS:
Blightbone Boss: If you stuck on tank and unstuck during puke it will be way easier to deal with pools and adds.
Amarth Boss - you can CONTROL the add with traps, priest shackle - etc. If the adds are controlled during the cast - they will disappear and won't detonate. It is UNLIKELY you will kill them in time on higher keys (we tried numerous times on +14 tyrannical). ALSO use SPEARS and HAMMERS on this boss to help you nuke it.
Surgeon Stitchflesh: If you miss the hook on boss - boss summons one more add and it's a wipe. It's always first hook to the platform to get the boss, second to the boss to interrupt the chase mechanic. BL on second add will drastically improve your life. You CAN miss a hook on chase mechanic but missing a hook on platform summons additional mob and it's a wipe.
Last boss is straightforward and easy, however, 1 tip is that after you land back to boss from running platform you can go straight to the corner if he targets you (which happens very likely) and get the frosty pool in the corner where it won't make you struggle.
