. This guide will teach you how to play Fury Warrior in both Awakened Raids and Mythic+ dungeons, and provide you with the best Talent Tree builds to use in every raid boss and dungeon.

Fury Warrior Changes in Patch 10.2
Fury Warriors received moderate changes in Patch 10.2, aimed at smoothing out the Annihilator and Reckless Abandon playstyle used with the Season 3 tier set. Additionally, Rallying Cry has been nerfed and its follow-on talent has been removed, reducing the group defensive value for all Warrior specializations. While a noticeable reduction, similar changes were made to nearly all group-wide defensive cooldowns, and the change does have the advantage of freeing up an extra talent point in the class tree.
Rallying Cry now increases current and maximum health by 10% (was 15%).
Inspiring Presence has been removed.
Storm of Swords now gives Slam a 9 second cooldown (was 12 seconds).
Reckless Abandon's Bloodbath now correctly shares its cooldown with Bloodthirst.
Reckless Abandon now only empowers your next 1 Bloodthirst or Raging Blow (was 2).
Reckless Abandon's Bloodbath and Crushing Blow bonus damage has been doubled.
Developers' note: The previous design of Reckless Abandon was influencing builds and rotations too heavily, encouraging players to focus entirely on either Bloodthirst or Raging Blow at the expense of the other. We want Fury Warriors to use both abilities regularly, so we are changing the design slightly so it only affects your rotation choice immediately after using Rampage to open up more build options.
How Good are Fury Warriors in Dragonflight Season 3?
Fury Warriors single target damage tuning is fairly mediocre, though their strength lies in their versatility, able to deal effective single and multitarget damage with only a few small changes to their talent builds, as opposed to specializations that need to invest fully into one or the other. This makes them very well suited for dynamic encounters which feature a lot of single target and multitarget, as well as Mythic+ dungeons. While the Season 3 builds no longer use cooldowns as frequently as previous seasons, they make up for it with much higher burst potential.
Fury Warrior Raid Viability
Fury Warriors traditionally lack single target damage, though they are very dependable AoE damage dealers, which can be useful in some situations or on some encounters which feature frequent extra targets. The new tier set bonus changes their builds considerably, though emphasis remains on maintaining high uptime for maximize cooldown reduction.
Fury Warrior Mythic+ Viability
Fury Warriors are very well suited for Mythic+, due to not having to give up single target damage in order to deal effective AoE damage. Combined with their bursty damage profiles and fairly strong self healing, this makes them a great choice to bring into dungeon content. Season 3 exchanges their frequent use of Recklessness and Ravager for more frequent Odyn's Fury, and while the overall multitarget damage potential is not quite as high as it was relative to Season 2, Fury Warriors gain more effective priority damage instead.

Impact of Dragonflight Season 3 Tier Set for Fury Warriors
Fury's newest tier set is on par, if not stronger than that of Season 2 , though the gameplay focus shifts from Raging Blow and Onslaught to Annihilator and Odyn's Fury, reintroducing Reckless Abandon for the first time since the launch of Dragonflight. Although it has some multitarget focus in granting cooldown reduction to Odyn's Fury, much of its power is single target only due to the two-piece bonus only affecting the primary target.
Fury Warrior Tier Set Guide
Best Fury Warrior Trinkets for Dragonflight Season 3
DPS trinkets tend to be very straightforward, as their damage is not affected by class damage buffs such as Avatar or Enrage. Therefore, direct damage dealing trinkets should be used on cooldown as much as possible, unless aligned with specific boss damage taken increasing mechanics, and stat increasing trinkets should similarly either be used on cooldown or aligned with burst cooldowns.

is applies a powerful ticking DoT which operates passively, but with a noticeable downside - splitting damage with the caster. While Warriors tend to be quite strong against this kind of ticking rot damage, it may prove overly detrimental during some difficult progression content.

is a passive direct damage trinket that will operate on its own without any extra input.

is powerful due to its high item level, though very subject to critical strike RNG, which can cause inconsistent results while using it.

Fury Warriors will use the same consumables in virtually all content, though Runes can be switched to cover any statistical deficiencies in gearing. While there are several other
potentially
powerful Phial options, they are gimmicky or subject to downtime, which makes them difficult to use effectively or just outright weaker in practical settings than those listed below.

. Blizz ignored fury warrior all season 2 and the whole class to a larger part, seems to give little care for season 3 other than to force their slowed down playstyle, its as if to kill off what once was one of the more popular classes.

Is there a particular reason why the Fyrakk legendary axe isn’t considered BIS for either Warrior spec? There seems to be literally 0 information on the axe on the Warrior pages while every other STR class has it listed as BIS.
