Fury Warrior Changes in Patch 10.1.5
There are no Fury Warrior changes in patch 10.1.5.
Fury Warrior Changes in Patch 10.1
Pummel interrupt duration decreased to 3 seconds (was 4 seconds).
Titanic Throw no longer affects crowd-controlled targets.
Pain and Gain heals for 3.5% of maximum health (was 4.5%).
Fixed an issue that prevent Spear of Bastion from being cast while the Warrior was silenced.
Invigorating Fury now heals for 15% of maximum health (was 20%).
Fixed an issue causing Onslaught to have unpredictable behavior with Whirlwind's chain buff.
These are mostly minor changes which have no bearing on Fury gameplay, although the Onslaught bug fix corrects an issue introduced in Patch 10.0.7 in which the ability would fail to damage multiple targets properly.
How Good are Fury Warriors in Dragonflight Season 2?
Fury Warriors are extremely versatile, able to deal effective single and multitarget damage with only a few small changes to their talent builds, as opposed to specializations that need to invest fully into one or the other. This makes them very well suited for dynamic encounters which feature a lot of single target and multitarget, as well as Mythic+ dungeons, although while they're capable of doing a lot of burst damage, their sustained single target damage feels fairly undertuned.
Fury Warrior Raid Viability
Fury Warriors traditionally lack single target damage in a raid largely focused on it, though they are very bursty damage dealers, which can be useful in some niche situations. The new tier set bonus does enhance their capabilities greatly however, as it is much more powerful than the previous one.
Fury Warrior Mythic+ Viability
Fury Warriors are very well suited for Mythic+, due to not having to give up single target in order to deal effective AoE damage. Combined with their bursty damage profiles and fairly strong self healing, this makes them a great choice to bring into dungeon content.

Best Fury Warrior Trinkets for Dragonflight Season 2
DPS trinkets tend to be very straightforward, as their damage is not affected by class damage buffs such as Avatar or Enrage. Therefore, direct damage dealing trinkets should be used on cooldown as much as possible, unless aligned with specific boss damage taken increasing mechanics, and stat increasing trinkets should similarly either be used on cooldown or aligned with burst cooldowns.

is a proc based stat trinket with a high uptime, although it is categorized as very rare.

is a powerful on-use damage trinket and the highest item level trinket in Season 2.

Best Fury Warrior Consumables for Dragonflight Season 2
Fury Warriors will use the same consumables in virtually all content, only switching Runes to cover any deficiencies depending on their current stats. While there are several potentially powerful Phial options, most of them are gimmicky or subject to downtime, which makes them difficult to use effectively or just outright weaker in a practical setting.

In the BIS chart for gear and consumables you list Hissing and Howling runes for weapon runes, but in the Best Consumables for Season 2 section further down you list Howling or Buzzing rune. Will you clarify?
