Cooldown Manager Imports for Enhancement Shaman
With the removal of many addons in Midnight, the Cooldown Manager has become the default way to track your abilities and buffs. We've provided some default layouts you can import in-game below - and these will be updated as popular community layouts start releasing.

Organizes the Blizzard UI frames into a standard layout, oriented around the Cooldown Manager in the center. Gives clean space for Party Frames and any Encounter Alerts you want to make use of.

Recommended Enhancement Shaman Macros
Macros are simple in-game tools which allow you to sequence spells together, create custom names and icons, cast different abilities depending on whether the target is friendly or hostile, define targeting conditions, and much, much more.
For more information on creating macros, including full lists of conditionals, modifiers, and other command customizations you can use, check out our full Macros guide.
These can be created in the Macros window by simply copy and pasting the coded code into the creator. These will perform specific actions above the regular button presses that can alleviate some targeting issues or ability problems by automating part of the ability:
Focus Cast Macros
Enhancement has a number of spells you may want to target using the /Focus targetting option. You can replace the
sample text
in the macro below with spells such as

depending on your preference:

Mouseover Macros
In some cases, being able to cast spells/heals on targets without having to switch targets is extremely useful. You can use the following macro to make the desired spell cast on the target you are currently mousing over instead of your active target. Replace the

with the desired spell name:

Self-Cast Healing Surge Macro
When using this, it will bypass your current target and always make sure your

will target yourself for defensive purposes. You should generally also have the ability bound to another button so you can heal other targets when this isn't necessary.

Totem Placement Macros
The following two macros will place the named Totem (also works with

) without having to use a targeting circle to do so, just replace the
sample totem
with the name of the Totem you wish to place. This is
extremely
valuable if playing

quickly without needing to place it. The first will place if at your feet when pressed immediately:

Automatic Projection Macro
To make it easier to carry Totems around with you in high movement encounters, if

is taken, you can macro it to any of our frequently used rotational abilities as it's off the GCD. This will move

totems however, so bear that in mind for other totems when using this. This has some value for
Totemic
to move around

, but bear in mind you
lose
direct control of it when using this, as it will always be on cooldown. As an example I'll use
