Outlaw Rogue Leveling Tips for

閃避 should be used when you have all the mobs you want to cleave down grouped together, as it's an immunity to all melee hits from the front. Make sure there aren't any mobs hitting your back as it will not work with Evasion! 暗影披風 should be used if a lot of the mobs contain casters.

命運之骰 is very important for damage, so make sure it's active before you pull any mobs to avoid having to cast it during combat.

腎擊 is an incredibly powerful stun in PvE lasting 8 seconds if you spend 5 combo points on it.

Make sure you remain topped up before combat by using 赤紅藥瓶 in between pulls.

潛行 and 悶棍 are your best friend for avoiding mobs you don't need to pull. 消失 is also greaet for if you happen to overpull and are going to die, or if you manage to pull something you didn't intend to.

Midnight Outlaw Spec Tree

Pathing Notes

Your spec tree is the most important part of building your character, as it covers the additional abilities needed to flesh out the gameplay. As such, pathing here is important early to make sure you build a solid rotation, and then is about refining that core based on preference.

Your first few points are to get the spec rolling, first taking 大好機會 and 能量刺激, then grab everything below it to open the first gate.
Take both 致命亂舞 and 快速拔槍, then immediately path through 偷雞摸狗 into 劍刃猛攻, to solve energy.
From here, grab 無情 and 閃爍之刃 to further help with energy, followed by 鋼鐵之舞.
Grab the rest of the highlighted talents to open up the last gate. Only grab 1 point of 出老千!
Path through 大亂鬥 to grab 手槍連射 followed by 找到破綻 to buff our 大好機會.
First grab 即刻抹殺, and then talent the remaining talents in any order. Afterwards, spend the remaining spec talents into our Apex Talents.

Midnight Rogue Class Tree

Pathing Notes

The Rogue Class tree is much looser, adding additional utility and self-healing to keep you healthy during your adventures. Things are more freeform, and a roughly guided path is as follows:

Your opening points move around the top of the tree to grab some mobility and self-healing. Start by pathing down towards 靈機之指, afterwards grab 追求刺激 followed by 強化疾跑 and 眼明手快 to open the first gate.
Grab 閃避 and 鐵胃 for added defense first, or 羽足 for more mobility.
Grab 奪命劇毒 to give us access to 深裂創傷, followed by 節省開銷 and 迅捷斬刃.
First grab 致命精準 followed by any of the highlighted utility talents in any order you wish to open up the final gate.
Rush through all the talents leading up to 菊花茶 to help energy in a major way.
To close out the class tree, grab 精明戰略 followed by 冷血殺手.

能量刺激 on cooldown at 2 or less combo points.

劍刃猛攻 on cooldown

命運之骰 on cooldown if at stage 1.

正中眉心 on cooldown at 5 or more combo points.

抹殺 at 5 or more combo points.

Build with 邪惡攻擊, and 手槍射擊 with an 大好機會 proc.

劍刃亂舞 Outlaw Rogue Cooldown Usage in

能量刺激 - provides a massive energy regeneration increase, alongside an attack speed increase. It's a fairly weak cooldown compared to most specs major cooldown, but its uptime is much larger to compensate. Don't be afraid to use it on mobs you think don't need it, as the strength of this cooldown is its uptime.

命運之骰 - provides you with a powerful buff that increases your damage massively. Before pulling any pack you should have these buffs active to avoid having to recast them as you are fighting mobs.

劍刃猛攻 - a short cooldown spell that charges you to the target and provides energy regen for the next few seconds. The mobility aspect is a nice bonus, but, similar to above, the cooldown's power lies in its uptime. Make sure to use it on cooldown at all times.

正中眉心 - is an upgraded finisher compared to 抹殺. Make sure to use it any time it's available.
