While raid drops are generally the most reliable way to obtain high item level gear, items from other sources can be just as good, if not better. As such, you should reference the

While Mythic+ dungeons can be repeatedly run to rapidly gather up to Hero-track items, their trinkets tend to be less powerful than similar raid items. Instead, use them as an alternate way to catalyze tier slots with acceptable stats, obtain a weapon, or fill in other armor slots.
Best Brewmaster Monk Trinkets in
As Brewmaster Monks are Tanks, they often do not benefit as much from trinkets offering boosts to Secondary stats compared to those offering raw damage effects. Ideally, these raw-damage trinkets are also on-use, allowing you to reliably apply extra burst damage on demand and generate additional threat at the same time. There is a cost to this, unfortunately, as DPS-oriented raw damage effects are reduced by 33% when used by a Tank specialization. Despite this penalty, however, raw damage trinkets may still be your preference for offensive power.
Trinkets are also perhaps the most significant choice you can make when it comes to optimizing for a more offensive or defensive playstyle. It is best to keep a few options of either type so you can switch them around as the situation calls for them.
As a final note, this section will
not
discuss trinkets available from dungeons that are not available in the dungeon pool. Remember as well that trinkets from Delves can only be obtained at a maximum item level of

(Hero Track) compared to the

(Myth Track) cap of dungeon/raid trinkets and the

While it is tempting to opt for a

, this passive trinket from Kith'ix performs incredibly well any time there are multiple new targets to fight, which occurs in most raid encounters and every Mythic+ dungeon.
If you will not be raiding but still desire a strong weapon, this option comes with ideal secondary stats.
Although it is defensive in nature, this on-use trinket's damage across target counts is quite competitive with even the best options from raiding.
Jewelry is where you can have the greatest impact on your secondary stats, and this ring is the only one of the season featuring Critical Strike and Versatility.
Voidscar arena continues to offer its share of compelling items, with this chest having ideal stats to catalyze onto a tier slot that otherwise has awful ones.
Containing a potent combination of static Critical Strike, on-use Agility every 90 seconds, bonus Physical damage to be amplified by your tier set and the Shado-Pan talents,
and
a potential Elevated Mythic item level, this trinket has everything a Brewmaster could want.
Even on Heroic, it remains one of your strongest choices.
Although this trinket has an additional set effect when combined with
『督軍復仇』阿曼穆索
, its baseline 3ppm effect remains more than capable of dealing great damage.
Not to mention, its damage being Physical creates synergy with both the Shado-Pan Hero Talents and your tier set bonus, while also being available at the Elevated Mythic item level.
The 4-minute cooldown of this trinket is steep, as is your inability to dodge attacks during its channel. However, this trinket makes up for it by decimating your foes in bursts of damage, both in single-target and AoE.
It also is available at an Elevated Mythic item level.
Due to the ability to upgrade this trinket to 340 with the help of
卓越劇毒石
s, it is able to dominate in all AoE target counts due to its remarkable secondary effect of immediately triggering bonus Critical Strike.
Unfortunately, it does end up slightly weaker in single-target compared to other options in this tier, but does still maintain a generous proc rate.

What is likely to be your preferred on-use trinket if unable to access an Elevated Mythic

when used by Master of Harmony Brewmasters in particular.
No less strong than it was in its Battle for Azeroth debut, this trinket's ability to gain roughly 20 charges per minute results in decent uptime of its AoE chain lightning effect which triggers every 12 charges accumulated. The scaling nature of this effect makes it useful across many target counts.
It may be a bit boring, but this trinket's damage, dealt roughly once per minute, has bonuses when striking either one enemy or multiple. This combines to make it a convenient passive choice, though you will feel a pang of regret if the damage doesn't line up when you want it to.
This trinket's power is greater for Shado-Pan Brewmasters, whose shorter cooldown on
召喚玄牛怒兆
will readily line up with its on-demand Critical Strike every 90 seconds.
However, it still remains incredibly potent for Master of Harmony players, too.
You can see exceptional amounts of Mastery when wearing this trinket, but only if you are able to reliably stand in the light beams it creates, which may not always be possible in the middle of combat.
Despite being a Haste-focused trinket, this item performs surprisingly well for Brewmasters in the season largely due to its potential to scale your AoE damage in particular. It does so by reducing the cooldown of
酒罈破
to more regularly trigger your tier set bonuses; throw in a generous proc rate of 6ppm and you also frequently benefit from the 20% bonus to its Haste for having multiple stacks at once.
There is a surprising amount of depth to the mechanics of this trinket, which greatly modifies its potential for players. This is due to there being 6 different effects that can occur; through training it over the course of a week to prioritize your desired buff you will gain a deceptively powerful item above its usual ranking. The 6 effects are:

While crafted Darkmoon Dominion trinkets quickly lose power as your item level increases due to their static value, they are uniquely enhanced in Midnight when worn with a crafted weapon using a matching Darkmoon Sigil embellishment (such as

This can result in better performance than you would otherwise expect, but still won't reach the heights of the best-in-slot options.
The ever-present Alchemist Stone trinket of every expansion is stronger than normal this time around. However, it counts as one of your two pieces of embellished gear, rendering it undesirable in spite of its potency.
If you are having a hard time finding a myth-track version of this helm, the
咒毒山貓凝視
can be a suitable replacement thanks to
傳奇靈魂碎片
from the Labyrinth of Kindo'jan. You can only select two myth items this way, however.
There are actually
two
available shoulders featuring Critical Strike and Versatility. This pair is heavier on the Crit, though, making it slightly superior.
Thanks to this dungeon piece (ideally obtained at myth track), you can avoid the "original" stats of Mastery and Haste on this tier token.
There are many viable gear pieces to catalyze in this slot. However, it's easy to keep things simple by selecting another one featuring Critical Strike and Versatility, especially in an ideal setup.
The main draw of catalyzing this slot comes from its
Elevated Mythic
version.
If you cannot obtain the
Elevated Mythic
version of this item, stick to the next-best choice instead: the "original" tier token from Sszorak, which has Critical Strike and Versatility.

I have to disagree with some of your Brewmaster trinket placements

are easily deserving of A tier especially with their current strength. These two trinkets will allow for Brewmasters to push even higher keys and allow for larger pulls for their groups as these trinkets act as a much needed defensive. Placing these two trinkets at or below the same level as Whispering incarnate seems like a lack of understanding or information regarding their capabilities. Also think you are missing an important crafted piece of gear which is the

that provides a solid passive heal while above 70% and when falling below 30% procs a shield equaling roughly 100+k allowing for much needed saves from surprise damage spikes. I find it extremely odd that you would place

as a C+ trinket when it belongs in F tier as this trinkets healing is horrid and its damage is laughable. Placing this trinket as a M+ BiS item is just disrespectful to players who are referencing this list for their BiS gear.

What about Writhing Heart of Darkness? If it works properly, it seems pretty good. Also, why is Xeri'tac's Unhatched Egg Sac bad? On fights like Volcoross having the additional health can really help with the jaws. The proc rate of the trinket is extremely high as well from what I have seen. Thanks.

how is Flaring Cowl not the go to crafted embellishment for this season with the fact we can have the fire damage ring again, I know we don't like Haste but at the same time this could be an excellent boost to our damage output

I know its not on the tank table, but I am surprised that Augury of the Primal Flame isn't on the trinket list. Even at maxed ilvl from heroic it is still doing almost 20% of my overall damage. Add in that it's fire damage if you couple that with the Seal of Diurna's Chosen it would do even more damage.

Can you explain why the boots "Footpads of Seeping Dread" would be considered BiS? I would think that if defensively crit=mas=vers, and offensively crit>mas>vers, then the real stat prioritization is crit>mas>vers. The boos from Skyreach crit/mas, instead of the seat boots which are vers/mas.
