The reputation requirements to unlock the Heart of Azeroth item level increases are now account-wide.

Progress towards achievements like 100 Exalted Reputations is now account-wide, meaning you won't lose out on swapping mains or earning exalted first with a different character. Reputations with equivalents on the opposite faction will only count once towards that faction.

Many cosmetic appearances from reputations had their restrictions loosened to be account-wide for transmog.

Faction Assaults and reputation turn-in tokens from 海員古幣 are new ways to earn reputation in Patch 8.1.

World Quests in Arathi Highlands and Darkshore provide an additional way to get 7th Legion and Honorbound reputation.

War Campaign quests award more reputation.

Gaining Reputation

Story quests grant reputation. If you do the all the story quests in a particular zone, you will be close to Honored with the related faction. All factions at Honored provide a 320 cloak that helps you start gearing up at 120,

Unlike Legion, there are different reputations for each faction, along with 2 reputations that are neutral and shared among the factions. Gear rewards are mirrored from one faction to another, while cosmetic rewards like toys and tabards differ from faction to faction.

World quests in each zone give reputation. If a World quest gives reputation, it will state it on the in-game tooltip. World quests are available on the map for varying amounts of time and require you to be 120. These send you to do different things like killing rares, elites, a number of regular mobs, or even winning a pet battle.

An additional way to gain reputation is to complete 4 World quests for a featured faction. When you open up your map, you will see what the featured faction is at the bottom-left. You will gain an additional reputation for completing this objective (currently 1500). You can have up to 3 active Emissary quests at once, so you don't need to worry about logging in every day to keep up with Emissary quests.

The Quartermasters sell the usual items which require reputation, including toys, tabards, recipes, and ilvl 335 and 350 loot.

Certain Battle for Azeroth reputations are also required to unlock some of the newer Allied Races.

囤積者潔娜 from Voldunai don't sell 綴鱗獻身者束帶. She sells 綴鱗獻身者手套 for cloth in 350.
Also she don't sell 羊駝毛手套 in 335. The correct item is 羊駝毛護腿 for cloth in 335.

I didn't check the other items from her and the other factions. But I noticed this one when buying today.

The gear for the Champions of Azeroth, Tortollan Seekers, Zandalari Empire, & The Honorbound are correct. As i do not have an Alliance character I can't check their faction vendors. So Alliance players may want to double check their vendors before pushing for a specific rep.

Does anyone know if we will continue to get bonuses after reaching exalted in BFA. In legion there was a bonus for each 10,000 additional bonus points so you continued to be rewarded for missions, world quests, etc. But can find nothing on it in BFA.

Grind champions of azeroth often and early. They have very few quests that are not world. -Hulk

FOR BFA content / PATCH 8.1.5 (64hrs of gold farming WQ pain VS 1 hr at the job to pay a sub?)

If you did only Emissary WQs (1500 rep+4x75rep /WQ) to obtain a Paragon chest (4000g/chest). (About 24 emissary WQuests)

Then it's 420g an emissary WQ. (no DEZ or other drops from questing or mission table added)

If a token is worth 120k then you will have to do all Emissary Quest in a month on 4 alts to break even.

Without flying I don't see this happening it will take you 2hrs per alts only for 3 emmisary chests when it's all calculated it's 64hrs of gold farming this way just to pay a sub 1 month...

Work IRL, play less, don't aim to get gold with this method. AH is going down , then Blizzard activision will see subs go down and give you mission table$$$ juicy rewards just to stay in until the next expansion.

Time for hibernation WOW.
