Enchanter-Only Perks
Enchanters have access to special wrist enchantments. There are three wrist enchants, each of which buffs your hearthstone in a certain way. Using any of these enchants will soulbind the wrist gear to your character.

: Reduces the cooldown of your hearthstone by 5 minutes.

: Using your hearthstone gives you an absorb shield while casting.

: Increases the speed of your hearthstone cast.
All of these enchants require a skill level of 10 to learn, as well as 1x

Learning Enchanting
Battle for Azeroth Enchanting is split by faction,

for Horde, and can be learned for 50 gold from the respective Enchanting trainers for each faction. These trainers will be your main source for basic Enchanting recipes.

If you ever have trouble finding your profession trainers, you can always ask a city guard for directions. This will place a marker on your map at the NPC's location.
In Battle for Azeroth, the recipe ranking system is still present, but only for the rare quality recipes. Each increased rank simply decreases the amount of reagents needed to craft the item. Unlike in Legion, all Rank 1 recipes require a minimum Enchanting skill level to learn from your Enchanting trainer. All Rank 2 and Rank 3 recipes require the previous rank to learn, and some Rank 2 recipes also require a higher skill level.
Leveling Enchanting 1-175 in Battle for Azeroth
While the maximum profession level was lowered, the method for increasing your skill level is still the same. Simply crafting enchantments will raise your Enchanting level. Disenchanting will not raise your skill level.
Unlike in Legion, Enchanting recipes now require different skill levels to learn, so leveling your Enchanting skill will be required to produce more advanced items.
As your profession level increases, certain recipes will become less likely to increase your profession level when crafting. You can tell the level of likelihood based on the color of the recipe in the crafting window. Orange recipes will always increase your profession level, yellow has a decent chance, and increases from green recipes are rare. Gray recipes will never increase your profession level.
The color of a recipe also depends on its rank. For example, a rank 1 recipe may turn yellow once your skill level is 25, but the rank 2 version turns yellow at skill level 50. This means that getting the new rank will change a yellow recipe back to orange for some time.
Leveling Path
This is a general leveling path to give you an idea of what order you should be using recipes to make it to skill level 175.
Levels 1-35
To start, the cheapest enchants you will have access to are the glove enchantments, requiring only 5x

to craft. Due to being so cheap, you should craft these until the recipe turns green at skill level 30. At this point, craft any of the lower-level ring enchants, such as

until 35, so that you can pick up the rank 2 recipes.
Levels 35-60
The rank 2 "Seal" ring enchants are still the best option for crafting, but will turn yellow at level 40 and green at 57. Keep crafting these until level 60.
Levels 60-75
At level 60, you should switch to crafting
附魔師晦影魔杖
. This will give you levels up until you reach 75. After crafting these wands, disenchant them to get some of your crafting materials returned.
Levels 75-85
From 75, you can start making
濱岸之湧
. These will be yellow, so they should give reliable level-ups with each craft until you hit 85.
Leveling 85-125
The next goal is to hit level 95 to get the rank 2 recipes for the lower-cost weapon enchants. You can either craft "Navigation" enchants until they turn green at 95, or if you have the materials, you can craft

, which does not turn yellow until skill level 100.

to obtain the rank 2 and 3 versions (rank 3 will not turn yellow until 115!).
From here, pick up the rank 2 weapon enchants and craft them until they turn green at skill level 120. This part is much easier if you have access to the rank 3 recipes from World Quests or reputations. If not, keep crafting the green enchant until hitting 125.
Leveling 125-150
Pick up rank 2 "Navigation" weapon enchants from your trainer and simply craft those all the way to 150.
Leveling 150-155
At this point, you can start crafting

, or any "Notorious Combatant" gear you may be able to learn. Crafting these enchants will take you to skill level 155.
Leveling 155-175
To finish up your skill leveling, craft rank 1

until you reach 165, then switch to the rank 2 version and use that until you finish up at 175.

Enchanters that have 150 Skill Points in Battle for Azeroth Enchanting can unlock a special

glad to see enchanters can once again make weapons :D. also, good choice giving jc stalves..made no sense for inscriptionists to be making stalves at all lore wise. you ahve the perfect balance here now. good job. enchanting once again has wands, inscription has off hands and jc has stalves. would be nice to see some new fancy jc crowns but that hasn't been a thing really since forever.

Since there are no cloak or neck enchants I don't know why one wouldn't just use the legion enchants for those.

Unless they add an Umbra Shatter, the Umbra Shards are completely useless. You'll get far more blues than greens at 120 and you need far more Gloom Dust than Umbra Shards for all enchants. Then when that happens, you're just giving those who stocked up on Umbra Shards a huge payday. Ah well, at least they didn't ruin it as bad as cooking.

The first round of weapon enchants look... weird. Check out the required materials, the Umbra Shard requirement goes *up* from rank 1 to rank 2? What?

I really dont see how BFA enchanting is going to make gold. I started enchanting stuff to put on AH and every BFA ring enchant was under 2 gold.
Very quickly I realized this toon isnt going to help me get my 5 million gold goal.
Now I dont know if I should delete enchanting and make him herb or mining farmer.
I put so much time and effort into learning almost every enchanting recipe in the game. deleting it with out having a back up like Legion does is not making this decision easy.
Any thoughts? Would really appreciate it.
BTW: With prices being in millions in BFA I really thought making gold would be a tad better. I dont see it so far. Yes a lot of gray drops are nice prices to vendor. But millions....thats a different ballgame.

So, if I'm understanding this, my favorite line of enchantments doesn't have a BFA version yet. WTB high level run speed enchant. :(

Today I decided to level enchanting from 95 to 125. I could see I get 5 rank 2 weapon Navigation enchants at that level. 30 torrent of elements later I hit 125. But the rank 2 navigation recipes disappeared from the trainer. In the crafting window it says next rank is learned at Enchantress Quinni.

Seal of Mastery (3/3) have turned yellow at skill level 85, green at skill level 97. The guide points that "these recipes will not turn green until skill level 75", tho this could be just 8.1 change (

Can someone tell me what happened to illusions? Did they dump them a long time ago, or what? I had forgotten all about them and now can't find anything about how to make them even tho I have learned all the tomes. Thanks for any help.
