Lets see, I hit level 80 on 11/22/08. It is now 5/14/09. That's a total of 173 days.

My /played says:

Total time played: 92 days, 1 hour, 0 minutes
Time played this level: 36 days, 20 hours, 0 minutes.

I've been level 80 for 884 hours over 173 days. That averages out to 5.1 hours per day over the last nearly 6 months.

So.... yeah, that's a lot of play time. Then again I have to 80 alts too, so it's probably closer to 6 hours average per day.

I play about 5 hours a day, after work till I go to bed.

Don't really play on friday and saturday nights when I go out (gasp) but make up for it on sunday with a day of play :P

I don't mind, I still get to see my mates at the weekend, hold down a full time job and be in a good raiding guild. *cheers*

This - but the amount of WoW I play when I'm not raiding generally depends on what mood the raid left me in, and minus the Sunday bit, where I tend to do my recovering and chores. (Laundry, vacuuming, grocery shopping, etc)

"We wiped 8 times on Kologarn because of lag! Argh!" *slams the Exit Game button hard as soon as raid time is up*

or

"Mwahahaha... we one-shot first two wings tonight, which means we could spend the next 3 nights on progression fights vs. the keepers! I got two drops, one for offspec so I didn't lose much dkp!" *happily chats and does dailies for a few hours afterwards*

Well, I used to spend like 3 hours/day before, but when I dinged 80 it got boring and I don´t wanna lvl any new chara (boring). So now I guess I play around 20-30 min/day....
