Did you finish the dungeon? If you leave before it is finished, you get a debuff that prevents you from entering any other dungeons for a while.

Used to be (think there still is) a limit of zoning into more than 5 dungeons / hour.This limit never existed for dungeons entered via the dungeon finder.
