Draenei Paladin or Shaman

I've never done Bloodmyst Isle so I'm going to make a draenei so I can do it at appropriate levels. With the new class changes which would you recommend so I can solo as much as possible without heirlooms?

When most people want a class that can "solo," they're talking about a class that can solo old raids/dungeons (and to an extent some current ones). All ten classes can solo 1-80 just fine, you'll just have to skip some group quests. I believe Bloodmyst Isle culminates in a group quest, but you should be able to solo it either way now with the changes to class mechanics.

I was able to solo the final quests for the tabard on a priest w/o 'looms like last year, so im sure a paladin or shaman will have no problems now.
