World Quests - main source of reputation
At level 110 you will get 集全島之力 quest.
Need to have Friendly with the 5 major Legion factions.
Don't need 祈倫托 and 看守者

So complete 1/3 quests in each zone and you can do world quests.

Do world quest in zones assotiated with it's faction.
看守者 target all 5 zones with WANTED and DANGER quests.
祈倫托 has basically three quests that can spawn in random zone: 謎題, 地脈競速, 飛行魔法
At this point you need reputation to get pets/gear/toys/profession recipes
And there are 3 破碎群島外交官 & 破碎群島之友 & 夜落精靈 achievements

World quests have unique "daily" mechaincs. It is not exactly daily, but i will call it this way
You will see something like this on your map
https://i.gyazo.com/9597a80721b5087cd3f5481ab7d14ae2.png

After you complete 4 world quests of the faction you see on your map, you can go to the emissary and claim your reward.
You will always get 1 reputation Insignia like 大型高嶺部族徽記. The list is at the bottom of this post.
祈倫托 daily gives you any reputation Insignia you want to. Can choose reward yourself

You have 3 daily quest and you have 3 days to complete it.
1 quest changes every day
So it feels like daily, but you can just wait 2 days and then complete all 3 quests.
No need to do them every day.
They work similar to the dungeon or raid lockouts.
Everyone have the same 3 quests.

I'll just list the quests and the emissary you should visit to claim the reward
Faction

World Quest	Emissary	Recommended for profession
Jewelcrafter & Blacksmith
Enchanter & Leatherworker
Tailor & Scribe
Blacksmith & Leatherworker
Jewelcrafter & Enchanter & Tailor
Jewelcrafter& Engineer & Scribe

Treasure chests
You can get +250 reputation Insignia (like 高嶺部族徽記) from lots of treasure chests in all 5 zones.
The drop rate is extremely low, 5% or less, actually i got only 2 insignias after ~200 chests
The full list of items you can get is at the bottom of the post
You can try to find more info here:

蘇拉瑪爾的寶藏
維爾薩拉的寶藏
斯鐸海姆的寶藏
高嶺的寶藏
艾蘇納的寶藏

Order Hall missions
At 110 level you will unlock missions in you garrison that reward you with another type of boa Insignia
Like this one 高嶺部族徽記 Full list is at the bottom of the post
Extra reward is 破碎群島的徽記 and it is just 1 more reputation Insignia with random faction

So you can get +500 reputation from 1 mission

Dungeons
I'm not sure if it's correct, but from my experience you get +250 reputation from running dungeons on any difficulty.
But you get reputation only once a day, or maybe there is some other limitation.

Faction

Order Hall missions	Treasure Chests	Daily World Quests

When you hit 8000/12000 Honored with the Nightfallen, you unlock the Statecraft quest line (and access to Arcway and Court of Stars mythic-only dungeons).

Next milestone is 7000/21000 Revered in order to unlock:

A Growing Crisis quest line (involves a Raid boss kill, which will be available in a week)

"Growing Crisis" is required to complete:

Good Suramaritan achievement

"Good Suramaritan" is required to complete:

Loremaster of Legion

And "Loremaster of Legion" is required for:

Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part One, which will be required in order to unlocking flying in legion in later patches.

It's definitely not useless to keep raising this rep.

Edit: As yzq85 noted, you will need 20000/21000 Revered to unlock A Change of Seasons.

In case you're like me, on your alt and having a bit of a senior moment, forgetting how exactly you start questing with this faction... it's 卡德加的發現, in the Violet Citadel in Dalaran. You can't just rock up in the zone and start dealing ~~crystal meth~~ ancient mana to Nightfallen.

What am I missing here?

Broken Isles DiplomatJump to Guide
The Nightfallen 0.0%
Valarjar 0.0%
The Wardens 89.8%
Court of Farondis 96.5%

I am revered with nightfallen and valajar yet the pathfinder says 0%? I only have wardens and farondis left and they are close

Thanks

I seem to be having the same issue w/ profiler still reports that Nightfallen and Valajar r at 0% whem in fact I'm Revered. Is this a Wowhead reporting flaw? Anyone else have this, an found a work around or something? Been reporting this for a week or more.

It might just be me, but every time I see one of these Nightfallen standing around in withdrawal, they remind me of Tyrone Biggums. I'm waiting for one to say "Give me some crack!"

Be prepared for the most painful grind of your life. These guys are flat useless. You do everything for them. Theyre fully functioning when doped up and yet do nothing at all.
Whats more, while you're taking care of them (which doesn't involve pushing demons out of the city for some reason), their rep rewards are low. The high rewards are on irritating random/rotations.
Never landing in their BS zone again. Suck my withered...

For everyone who wants more than one classes' order hall shoulders, my condolences.

Tigerfeli

Lots of talk in these comments citing the need for certain reputation requirements for quests to unlock. From Patch 7.3 (Hotfix August 29, 2017), Nightfallen reputation requirements have been removed. This is great for alts or, like me, returning players.

Tons of work ! Thanks for all the information everyone

If you need shoulders from legion order hall set, russian wowhead have a solution:
* create nightfallen class trial char of required class
* use hearthstone
* teleport to aszuna / use mount/taxi to fly to dalaran
* use toy 達拉然爐石
* speak with quest giver after teleported to dala
* logout / login with other char and send 500 gold to class trial char / login class trial char again and check mail box
* keep doing quests until you get access to class order hall
* found NPC who sells class order hall set items and buy shoulders
* throw away shoulders from inventory to destroy them

now you got shoulders in collection gratz!

Starting from patch 10.1.5, all restrictions for unlocking Allied Races have been removed, with the exception of a level requirement.
All Allied Races can now be unlocked once you have a level 40 character on your account (was level 50). Blue post.

Neutralagent

As a Neutral Factioned character (Pandaren who has not left the starting zone) it is impossible to gain reputation with them through the Nightfallen Insignia or the Greater Nightfallen Insignia.

Lucilite

Now that we have this whole Warbands system, do you stlil need to grind to exalted with Nightfallen on each individual class in order to unlock the pieces from the class hall order set that are sold by the class hall quartermaster? Or does having one toon at exalted count as meeting that requirement for all toons & classes?

(Sorry I can't test it it out myself now, I just came back to wow after a break and have to re-build my journal with checklists & spreadsheets etc for all my toons to keep track of who has & hasn't done or gotten what, which takes a lot of time, but also the 20th Anniversary is happening on top of regular holidays so I'm swamped with daily chores & stuff.)
