He casts Lightning Bolt that does 9-10k dmg. Ocasionally will cast Chain Heal that will do 17-20k. At lvl 2 he will start to cast Bloodlust during most fights.
WARNING!...He cannot be controled as a pet and will attack anything that does damage to you and cannot be stoped until either him or his target is dead....avoid pvp zones with him as he will die quite fast. Upon death he has, like all the other bodyguards, a 60 min cooldown until he can be called again.
The only way to make him break combat is to run away.

Another great way to get to him: I was on my rogue engineer so easy stealth up the mountain. I ended up stumbling upon Talonbreaker and couldnt figure out where else to climb. If you're an engineer, you need a glider enabled, otherwise get an engineering buddy or buy a pack off the AH.

Walk out of Talonbreaker's cubby, walk to the east until you're at the edge of the mountain ledge. Now, take a running jump and click your glider ASAP, turning/gliding to the left.

You will see his cave quickly enough. For extra help, find out the mobs in his cave and make a macro to target them. This way you arent blindly jumping off the edge of a cliff.

I know this sounds like a silly way to get to him, but I couldnt figure anything out from the vid. I also get lost very easily. This way you have a marker using the rare on your map as a fixed point of reference. The hardest part is jumping off the cliff and clicking your glider in time.

Fun fact: Shamans can water walk their followers if you don't like to see them dragging in the water lol it has to be cast before the follower enters the water though. Doesn't work on Nat Pagle... he still drowns.

I'm adding directions to the cave with Leorajh, because even with all the info provided here, I couldn't find it without wandering around the mountain for an annoying length of time. There are no doubt multiple ways of getting there, but I've given you two different ways here.
Starting at Pinchwhistle Point: there are two roads leaving town, one going northeast, and the other going northwest. Leave town on the latter road, just follow it along all the curves, staying on the main road. After you cross two bridges close together, you will enter Bloodmane Pridelands. Keep going on the same road. You will see a number of Pridelands Stalkers (tigers) on either side of the road. At 51, 68 the road splits. You will NOT take the left fork, which goes down hill, toward a large Bloodmane camp at the shore.
Route #1: Take the RIGHT fork, which leads uphill to a smaller Bloodmane camp. There is a single sentry at this entrance. JUST as you enter the camp, there is a path on the right hand side, coords are 51, 65. It cuts back at an angle, so you might not see it until you're right on it. If you see a cave entrance on the right side of the camp before finding that path, you've gone too far. A short distance up that path is another cave entrance, and you will probably aggro the occupant and have to kill him. To the left of that cave entrance, you will find a pair of large jawbones stuck into the ground, ornamented with leather strips. Behind these jawbones is another path, very steep and narrow. Take that path and follow the switchbacks, basically straight up and counter-clockwise around the mountain. If you look at the map, you will be going basically west to east, and it continues to be very steep and narrow. After a few switchbacks, you will begin to see ground cover with yellow and orange blooms. This will tell you you are on track! You will come to another cave entrance on the left, with a fiery lantern out front and a Sun Charged Guardian in the mouth of the cave. That's the place! Go inside and proceed down the tunnel. You will encounter several Sun Charged Guardians and finally, an Arakkoa in the very back. You will see Leorajh there, captive under an evil spell, until you rescue him and he becomes your follower.
Route #2: As you stand at that fork in the road, there is a large tree to your right, the branches of which hang low over the road. There is a path beginning right behind that tree. A short ways up, there is a tree kinda blocking your path, but just jump over it on the right and continue up. This path is very steep, and it will look like there is no way you can climb it, but you can. You will run into Route #1 when you get to the part with the orange and yellow flowers.

If you get to a point that where you are confused about which way to go, choose the way that goes UP, or the way that goes counter-clockwise (right) around the mountain.

For those who have a stealth ability (rogues, hunters, etc) Leorajh - and I assume other bodyguards too - stealth with you, so if you're trying to sneak around, your target or anyone else won't see a random bodyguard running around by himself. I've posted a screenshot of the stealth.

Getting rep with my bodyguard went bananas (at level 100) in the Tomb of Light in Talador, an endless parade of npc got a couple of thousand rep in only 20 minutes or so.

Don't know if anyone has exploited this yet, but just discovered it and wanted to share.

The easiest way I've found to rep grind is to go to the Tomb of Lights in Talador and visit the room with the two portals where the Draenai are fighting. You get rep for each kill as long as you tag your target and they never stop coming. I was able to get to Trusted Bodyguard in about an hour.

If you need a follower less for the extra DPS and more for the abilities and achievements, this is the way to go.

Next to my gnome, this guy is huge. So huge in fact I rarely used him as a bodyguard because he would just get in the way.

To solve this problem, get 保鏢縮小裝置. You find this item in your 兵營等級2 or 兵營等級3, from vendors 喬納森‧史蒂文斯 or 莫茲戴夫. They are in your Barracks, not your Town Hall!

If you haven't done the Cutter-questline (only available with a lumber yard outpost) in southern Gorgrond, it's a great way to level your bodyguard's reputation. Getting one from 0 to Personal Wingman in 10-15 minutes should be easily doable if you have decent sustained AoE.

Start with 剃刀茂林 / 深根林 at your outpost after building the Lumber Yard, quest your way to the southernmost mine @48 94 (Bastion Rise), complete the 3 initial quests there, accept 艾猶 / 艾猶, go upstairs and you'll find clusters of 艾猶毒膿者s that respawn instantly. Don't complete this quest until you're done leveling your bodyguards.
You'll level your bodyguard's reputation as fast as you can kill clumps of ~10 mobs.

Two battle pets spawn very close together between the training dummies and the mine entrance, with a third only 15-20 yds away, and they respawn instantly.

~51k/hour for AoEing just the two behind the training dummies
~71k/hour if you include killing the third pet 15-20 yds away
