100% drop rate from Xavius in Darkheart Thicket, any difficulty. These are great decor for elven themed homes. I have many of them all around my house as generic storage/chest/trunk. They look good stacked, too.

If you want more than one, Darkheart Thicket is setup to run and re-run very easily. On a Lv80 it only takes 2.5 minutes to run. You can just stay mounted and run straight to Xavius. You don't even have to dismount for the first boss, just wait until the shield drops then run around him. Ignore the second boss, and don't even go down the path to the third boss, just take the short path straight to Xavius. And at the end Malfurion will teleport you back to the entrance so you can immediately reset and run it again if you want more.
Avoid aggroing the first boss and try to avoid any trash before him that would link him if you pull it past him, as he sometimes teleports you either back to him or sometimes even to the entrance of the dungeon. Doesn't always happen but it's annoying when it does as you then have to dismount and kill everything to get past the barrier. Easier just to avoid it, or if you do aggro something before him just kill it quick and remount. After the first boss you don't have to worry and it doesn't matter if you aggro stuff.

Also note that this decor is nearly identical to the Suramar Storage Crate, which comes from Legion Inscription. They are two separate items that each give separate XP, but visually they are the same model, one is just a bit darker. Given how easy it is to get this Moon-Blessed Storage Crate, I would not bother wasting the mats to craft the Suramar Storage Crate. Not unless you really need the extra 10 XP.
