I would just like to add that procs from Azurite powers, such as Righteous Conviction for prot paladins, do seem to proc as if you activated the ability (Avenging Wrath in this example). So for instance, if you get a Visions of Perfection proc, your next Light of the Protector heals for 200% more. This seems to make this power particularly strong if you happen to have the right traits/procs set up with your build.

Note: the minor power of this essence will cap out at 25.0% cooldown reduction, at neck level 84. Further levels to your artifact will only increase the versatility.

Unless I'm somehow oblivious to another effect seems to trigger the major power even when set to a secondary slot.

This is most useful for classes with multiple ways of proc'ing their class cooldown, or of accelerating its cooldown timer.

For example, a Demon Hunter can combine this Essence with the talents Demonic and Cycle of Hatred, the Azerite Traits Eyes of Rage and Chaotic Transformation, and the Corruption Ineffable Truth for a high uptime on Metamorphosis.

Start a fight, cast Eye Beam, which procs Metamorphosis for 8s. Then cast Metamorphosis which adds 30s and resets Eye Beam. Cast Eye Beam again immediately to add 8s more. Then cast Eye Beam and Metamorphosis on cooldown to keep Metamorphosis up as long as possible.

Cycle of Hatred, Eyes of Rage, and Ineffable Truth constantly reduce the cooldowns on both abilities as you spend Fury, and random Vision of Perfection procs add additional time to Metamorphosis.

The minor power, 力求完美, seems to use the same list as 和善的飛靈 and 機運微粒, which has been updated a few times since BfA. The essence tooltip has not been updated, so some specs, such as Beast Mastery and Arms, list the wrong ability as affected. (This does not apply to the major power, which does not seem to have been updated.)

As of 10.1.7, the current list of 力求完美 affected abilities is:
