Going for this achievement can be a pain if you are like me and destroyed many of your toys because of bag space being an issue. With that said, I pointed out some "easy to find/get" toys to help you get the achievements quicker. As I find more “easy to find toys,” I will update this post.

First stop is Toy Vendors

布雷克斯‧爆竹 - This goblin walks up and down The Drag in 奧格瑪 pushing a cart. He sells 7 toys in total (Horde)

奎苟‧擺頂 - This gnome walks around The Trade District in 暴風城 pushing a cart. He sells 7 toys in total too (Alliance)

杰佩托‧樂吱 - This gnome stands in his toy shop in Sunreaver’s Square in 達拉然. He sells the same seven toys as the Horde and Alliance vendors (Both)

*note* If you are exalted with the faction you are buying from or have any racials, you may get a discount from the prices listed above

Next stop is The Valley of the Four Winds

可掀起來的桌子 sold by 年‧鐵爪 for 40 鐵爪徽章. He is located Halfhill in 四風峽. Most get their Ironpaw tokens from doing the daily quests in this zone, but a quicker way of doing this is surely the way to go. There is a repeatable quest called 補給食材室 that awards you with 1 Ironpaw token and a small amount of gold. You buy empty containers from 商人老程 in Halfhill for 1 gold 50 silver. You turn these into a食材包 by adding various meats, fish, or vegetables. On most servers 生龜肉, 生虎排, and 牡山獸肋排 are the most affordable, and you only need 20 of them. Sometimes you can find cheap fish, but stay away from 金鯉魚 because you have to turn in 60 of them. After you have filled your bags by right clicking them, go back to Nam Ironpaw to complete the quest. Do this 40 times and you’ll enjoy flipping tables!

While you are in Halfhill, you can pick up:

金吉刀具組 and 熊貓人稻草人 sold by 吉娜‧泥爪 for 200 gold each. I thought there used to be a discount for being best friends with her, but I do not appear to be getting that discount as of 6.0.3.

Head over to Nesingwary’s Safari which is in the southwest part of The Valley of Four Winds

遙控飛狐控制器 and 疊疊鹿 are sold by 莎莉‧嘶怒 for 1,000 gold each. A bit pricey, but two more closer to the achievement!

Darkmoon Island is the place to go!

暗月島 while Darkmoon Faire is in town will provide some toys. It's not just about heirlooms, transmogs, and companions anymore. There are a few toys that are easily obtained. You can either grind out the daily quests for 暗月獎品券, or be lazy like me and buy 墮落者旌旗, 怪異的蛋, 逝去冒險者的日記, 華麗武器, 奪來的徽記, 詭秘魔典, 戰略論, 灌魔水晶, and 預卜者的符文 that allows you to get 80 Darkmoon Prize Tickets once the quests are turned in. Do this on two separate characters that are 85+, added with a few dailies and you will have enough currency for:

作祟的紀念物 sold by 卻斯特 for 90 暗月獎品券
暗月之哨 sold by 吉瓦斯‧葛萊蓋特 for 90 暗月獎品券

You can also buy 劣質黃色氣球 from Carl Goodup for 10 silver assuming you do not have any discounts. He pushes a cart up and down the lower path of Darkmoon Island as far as just before the fishing dock (*thank you lilsniff for this information to be added*)

熾熱之翼 is awarded by completing the achievement Brood of Alysrazor. You have to fly through 50 rings in one session of flying. Ziggie Sparks will let you fly for the price of 1 Darkmoon Game Token

*note* If you chose to do the dailies, you have a small chance to get the Darkmoon Whistle from 暗月遊戲獎 that is awarded for the dailies.

Something to be aware of -

I got lucky and had several 托巴拉德表揚徽章’s and 勇士徽印’s that I didn’t even know about. Hopefully you will have the same luck because there are more toys to be had!

Tol Barad here we come!

If you do not have any of these commendations, don't worry. Assuming your faction has control over Tol Barad, you have 12 daily quests that can be completed here. This is not including the 托巴拉德的勝利. Either way, you should only have to knock out 4 days of dailies to get this toy.

All NPC’s can be found at the Argent Tournament Grounds in 寒冰皇冠

奧格瑪旌旗 is sold by 弗雷卡‧血斧 for 15 勇士徽印
幽暗城旌旗 is sold by 伊莉莎‧基里安 for 15 勇士徽印
森金旌旗 is sold by 沙瑪巴 for 15 勇士徽印
雷霆崖旌旗 is sold by 杜魯‧雷角 for 15 勇士徽印
銀月城旌旗 is sold by 崔利斯‧晨日 for 15 勇士徽印

Alliance

艾克索達旌旗 is sold by 艾芮希 for 15 勇士徽印
達納蘇斯旌旗 is sold by 魯克‧鷹拳 for 15 勇士徽印
鐵爐堡旌旗 is sold by 德瑞克‧斑鬚 for 15 勇士徽印
暴風城旌旗 is sold by 亞瑟‧弗路下士 for 15 勇士徽印

If you do not have any Champion Seal’s, this will be a loooong – boring – exhausting grind of endless dailies.

If you happen to be among the lucky ones, or not, stop by 風暴群山, which isn’t too far away. There you will find 遠古聖物 (Horde) or 遠古聖物 (Alliance). Complete this quest, and the NPC's will then sell:

鐵靴精煉藥劑, which is sold by 歐拉特‧酒膽 (Horde) for 10 奧杜亞聖物
鐵靴精煉藥劑, which is sold by 洛克‧銳頦 (Alliance) for 10 奧杜亞聖物

Like stated previous, in order for these NPC’s to sell this toy, you need to complete the quest Ancient Relics first. This means you will need 20 奧杜亞聖物, which can be bought on the auction house (usually cheap), or by killing various mobs all around The Storm Peaks or 雷光大廳.

Toys are account-bound; if you have any characters with 工程學 you can make:

雪王9000型
地精X光專精裝置 (gnomish only)
世界放大器 (gnomish only)
世界縮小器 - when WoD comes out
暴力粉碎機器人 - even though engineers can make this, you do not have to have engineering to get this toy. On most servers, this will sell for 100-200 gold - give or take.

Two small closing notes:

1. World Events offer many toys. Some to keep your eye on, but not limited to:

Love is in the air
Lunar Festival
Children's Week
Brewfest
Hallow's End
Feast for Winter Veil

2. An easy way to help speed up this achievement is by using the filters in your toy box. There are options like “vendor," “quest,” “world event,” etc.. You can scroll over the toy and see some information such as “drop,” “zone,” “cost,” “vendor,” “achievement,” “category,” “location,” and “price.” This should speed up the process. Good luck

I somehow got this achievement, despite the fact that I have only 29 toys in my toy chest.

Main city banners sold in Argent Tournament Ground are counted as 2 toys each. If you add Orgrimmar banner to your box you'll get Stormwind one immediately, Silvermoon banner will add Exodar one, etc.
