Since this has essentially only been possible to complete within the last week, I will add a spoiler tag on this just to be super safe, but will still keep the information vague.

Here is some useful information for anyone who does not care about the events that transpire after turning in 巫法之王的遺產 and 帝國的傾倒, and just wants their ring upgraded as fast as possible.

You should... bring skills that slow or root your target, as you will be in a bit of mobile combat, and will want to capitalize on this time period by dealing as much damage as possible.

I'll just add that once you have turn the aforementioned quests in, it only takes another 10 minutes at the most before your ring is upgraded, so if you have a little time before your raid starts (or your spaghetti boils over; whatever suspicious thing you may be up to), you will have no problem showing up with an upgraded ring if you head here first.

After getting this achivement, players are awarded with the quest for the first "Proc" ring - 祈倫托之觸

控火者之書 (Blackrock Foundry)
怒靈之心 (Blackrock Foundry)
元素之王的力量 - Basicly your new 阿伯加托之石 quest. These stones drop from Blackrock Foundry bosses, work orders and garrison missions (6 different missions awarding 18 stones)

I thought this was more of a reference to Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes back, than Stars Wars Ep. V, since the number is the same and they are both (Name) Strikes Back

Does anybody know if you ran the raid already without the quest and go back through with the quest. Can you loot for the quest items?

Gul'dan and his shadow council were released to disconnect the dark portal, but by doing so we created a big problem. Gul'dan was willing to sell his own people to the legion and he will stop at nothing to gain more power. Khadgar recruits heroes of both the Alliance and the Horde to try and stop this evil warlock. His attempt nearly cost him his life to the assassin Garona Halforcen, but thankfully we were able to save him and even capture the half orc. After liberating her mind, we find out that the Iron Horde isn't happy with their current warchief and Gul'dan makes full use of this. It's become even more difficult to stop the evil warlock and his demonic masters...

I still have this achievement, and the Chapter III and IV ones, in my list of achievements to get under Quests->Draenor - but these are no longer doable, right?
