Garrison patrol missions are sometimes offered to you if you have a 兵營等級1. They have a spyglass next to the name, instead of crossed swords. To get credit for this and related achievements, you can't just complete the mission, the mission must be successful (i.e. you earn the mission reward).

Oddly enough, I do not have barracks built, and yet I was given Tracking Griftah patrol mission, which gave me the achievement.

Does anyone know how people are earning this achievement outside of their garrison? Particularly people less than level 90? I keep seeing people earn this achievement, seconds ago I just saw a level 1 earn this achievement.

Anyone else having trouble getting this achievement?
I've completed dozens of patrol missions but I've yet to get the achievement.
