When you complete the achievement, you will receive 1x 先祖鳳凰坐騎蛋 in the mail. This can be redeemed for one of the following mounts:
赤紅熊貓人鳳凰韁繩
銀灰熊貓人鳳凰韁繩
翡翠熊貓人鳳凰韁繩
紫色熊貓人鳳凰韁繩
It is speculated that you will only be allowed to choose ONE of the mounts, so pick your color carefully.

To redeem, visit NPC 凱‧羽落 located in the 恆春谷, outside the Seat of Knowledge.

Also note: Completing the achievement 挑戰勝利者:黃金勳章 will also award this achievement if not already earned.

As a player who has completed all the gold achievements, I would say this one is easy to get. You absolutely don't need to cut corners, pull recklessly or perfect your setup to beat the silver timers. Play carefully, use all the CC you need and take all the mana breaks you want, and you can still get this one with much error margin. Just don't wipe too much =)

This mount is NOT account-wide.

Choose carefuly because you'll be stuck with it.

Does anyone know what your ilvl should be to do this?

If i did this on my main first and then an alt, would the alt be allowed to ride the phoenix my main got or will she get nothing and like it? None of these birds matches the flashy TBC gear on my main :'(

Blizzard notification on the Phoenix mounts come WoD:

"The Pandaren Phoenix mounts awarded for a full set of Silver medals will become account-wide. If any character on an account has earned a full set of Silver medals, all four variants of the Pandaren Phoenix (Crimson, Ashen, Violet, and Emerald) will become available to all characters account-wide."

As of Warlords of Draenor 6.0, these mounts will be unobtainable. If you had one of the mounts already, you will learn the remaining three automatically, and all four mounts will be account wide.

Here is the official text: Challenge Modes Completing Challenge Conqueror: Silver rewards Ancestral Phoenix Egg. Before 6.0 hits, you can redeem it for one of four phoenix mounts. However, when 6.0 hits, if you already had one mount, you automatically learn the other three. All of these mounts are then account-wide in 6.0. Read more here.
