To earn this guild achievement, one of each class in your guild must obtain the 戰鬥大師 meta-achievement, which is quite the feat since it involves some] fairly RNG achievements and over 400 battleground wins.

It doesn't seem to require a certain level of rep with the guild, but it does appear to be bugged and not count some people's achievements.

If I were to join a guild on a class in which the guild does not have checked off, would it count towards their meta achievement? And if so, if I left, would their achievement go with me?

Was this removed for Mists?
I guess it would make sense as one player could get for the guild if they had alts of every class.
