Rule 1: in pre-wotlk 25 and 40 player raids it is considered a Guild run if at least 10 Guild members in the group. However, i believe the rule of 80% also applies.

You can get the Guild achievement when at least 80% of the group members are in the same Guild. And minimum number of guildies is 10. Not confirmed this, but i strongly believe this is the case here.

So, if you have a group of 15 players and 10 of them are guild mates = no guild achievement.

We just made a change to all of the old 25 player raids that allows guild achievements to be completed as if they were a 10 player raid. This means you will only need 8/10 instead of 20/25.

It means you need 10 guild-mates to get this achievement.
