Well, now that everyone has talked about the reference of this to death, I'll share the strategy for this in 10m.

I would recommend 2 tanks, 2 healers, and rest DPS. The more ranged you bring, the easier this will be. The DPS constraints of this achievement are easier than in the 25m version.

Phase 1:
Just DPS as normal, don't get tail whipped or that'll lose DPS time

Phase 2:
As SOON as she begins moving at the start of Phase 2, Bloodlust and blow her up, melee stay on the boss as long as possible until she's in the air. Healers + the off-tank should group in one spot so all the whelps converge there, and the off-tank picks them all up (best to use a Pally Tank). Melee can help out a bit on whelps if they have nothing else to do.

Ranged DPS continues to burn down the boss while she's in the air, the objective is to get to Phase 3 ASAP. Main tank should pick up the single adds that spawns and hold them.

Phase 3: Onyxia lands, get your tremor totems down and get ready for a fear. If you have a priest, throw a fear ward on the main tank, since he'll be holding both the single adds and Onyxia. After the fear finishes, bring any remaining whelps + single adds right next to Onyxia, and AoE them all down, while making sure the AoE hits the boss as well. After all adds are down, it's just a matter of finishing the boss.

Healers have to be on the ball with healing, and tank cooldowns should be used, especially at the beginning of Phase 3.

Completed this today - 2 tanks, 3 heals, 4 ranged dps, 1 melee dps.

Also completed She deep breaths more because we blew her up so fast she didnt have a chance to deep breath.

phase 1 - we get her into position & dps as normal, as shes about to life off, at about 70%, pop bloodlust/heroism and get as much dps as possible.

Phase 2 - ranged continue to dps as much as possible while whelps are coming out and there is no big add up but we stopped burning at about 45% and finished up all the adds, was just a bit of AoE to finish whelps and big add, any remaining dots on the boss bring her closer to 40%, once all the adds were down we brought her down.

phase 3 - move back into position and just dps her down as normal.

The reason we stopped on her and finished the adds was because having adds up during the transition was causing confusion/wipes as she fears as soon as she lands, if you can handle all the adds plus Onyxia then go for it.

As mentioned above we also got She deep breaths more because she didn't do any deep breaths at all.

This should be quite an easy achievement with any high dps group. I did it with 1 tank, 2 healers, 3 ranged dps (hunter, druid, Shaman) and 4 melee (Rogue, Warrior, DK, Paladin) extremely easily.

Darknesscalls is indeed spot on. This achievement is extremely easy to snatch up. Indeed your only struggle might be if you're running a melee-heavy party or start losing people.

Phase 1: Get through this fast, but save bloodlust. Good time for Shattering Throws, etc.
Phase 2: Bloodlust. Ranged DPS continue nuking Onyxia with the melee following until the Lair Guard appears. While she's flying off being annoying and out of range throw a quick AoE on the whelps (tanks should have aggro by now). Your standard Colliseum-geared ranged DPS will be able to bring her down with plenty of time left on the counter.
Phase 3: If you have shamans all the better, if not then just same as phase 1 but avoid getting feared in front of her (LOLCLEAVE).

Recommend snatching this up along with She Deep Breaths More.

Dot (I mean got) this one today. We had two tanks, two healers, only two melee dps, everyone else ranged. At the beginning of phase 2 the tanks pulled all welps to the middle and were AOE'ed down. Melee went to help down the lair guards afterwords and ranged stayed on Onyxia.

A good indicator if your making good time for this is the amount of Lair Guards that have spawned before phase three (in our case the 3rd one spawned right before phase 3 began). Oddly enough we didn't pop heroism until phase three and there were no fear/tremor totems down.

Needless to say we were all a bit surprised when we got the achievement.

Oh, and if you get aggro you loose 50dkp because you didn't know what the F*ck to do. :P
