Both of these adds are encountered by the raid group that goes through the gauntlet. As a result, it would seem this achievement is earned by all raid members that are not in the arena group.

Many reports are available of the entire raid or a large portion of the arena group getting this achievement. As a result, is does not seem to be hard to acquire this achievement.

When doing this fight you need to split up into two different groups.

One group stays in the colloseum, where they try to survive wave after wave of mobs.

The second group goes through the gauntlet, following a path where they have to defeat different mobs, along with two different mini-bosses, before finally reaching the top and activiating Thorim, who will jump down and begin Phase 2, thereby stopping the waves of adds.

The two mini-bosses stated in the achievement refer to the two mini-bosses you encounter while going through the gauntlet, and thus, only half the raid (The half that took the gauntlet) will get this. Since the gauntlet is suited more for ranged DPSers and Casters, it will be difficult for melee to get this since they will almost always be assigned to Colosseum duty (The mobs in the Gauntlet use AoE close range stuns and whirlwinds, so melee are not preferred for this group)

This is the only achievement in ulduar, you can get by just killing 1 boss normally. All the other achievement require you to do something speciel, or taking down more than 1 boss
