If you have a good group of people running the flag with you, or an ignorant opposing team, this is probably easiest as a rogue. A capture would go something like this assuming the 100% speed buff is up in both the Alliance and Horde bases.

- Capture enemy flag and run towards the tunnel.
- Use the speed buff
- Once the buff wears off you're probably nearly half wave across the field, so use sprint.
- If you're lucky enough to avoid any hostile players, your sprint should bring you to the beginning of your base's tunnel, so if you have Preparation, use it and Sprint again
- Use the second speed buff in your base if it is available
- Achievement complete

~Note: Preparation (Sprint x2) isn't required to finish this, but feel free to correct this. I believed I finished this as Mutilate.

I am not responsible for bad defense, meaning at the last second.. your team's flag gets taken. :)

You could intercept an enemy or intervene an ally to buy yourself a few more seconds as you were going across.

Got it today on my DK with unholy aura (presence would also work just as well). Just took both speed buffs but I'm pretty sure if you went through with no distractions at all that you would be able to get it with just one speed buff.

There is no reason at all to tell people how to do it on a rogue, everyone who is not completely retarded and has played the game for more than 5 minutes knows how to do it.

Suggestions how to do it with classes without speed buffs are much better.

Anyway, apparently if you try really hard (exactly best route, taking both speed buffs, speed enchant and NO interruption by opposing faction) it can be done with any class.

If you're having trouble you can use

Nifty Stopwatch from quest in Badlands
Swiftness Potion made by Alchemists and reward from couple of horde quests
Unholy Aura from a Death Knight or Aspect of the Pack by Hunters (but make sure you don't get hit while under the effect of the latter)

Obviously any of the engineering speed items will help as well, but if you have access to that you probably don't have that much trouble with this achievement :)

Works fine with 1 Swiftness potion and one existing speed up
Did it a few minutes ago and I made it with around 5 secs left on timer (track the achivment and you get timer)

As a druid...used both boots and travel form in the middle, try to pop dash if possible to make it easier (in the tunnel). Did it without any other buffs besides minor run increase on boots

I don't think anyone mentioned this yet...but if you have a hunter friend who wants to help you with this achievment, aspect of the pack makes this achievment much easier for any class attempting this.

This achievement requires a bit of luck. It's not just a matter of grabbing and capping, your side also has to prevent your flag from being held during the time. I did this on my hunter. Went straight into enemy flag room (had crusader aura which helped a lot). Grabbed flag, went straight out the tunnel (picking up boots). Turned on aspect of the cheetah and ran straight up the middle. Went straight in our tunnel (picking up boots again) and capped. No potions or special gear required.

It helps to try this on the very first assault. Since during this time the enemy players tend to be clustered together, going to your flag room. Otherwise, it wouldn't have been feasible running up the middle with aspect on the whole time.

Here is how i did it with my destro lock:

First, I set my teleport close to the first speed up, activate http://www.wowhead.com/?item=2820 and then grab the flag.

Run unttill you get in range of using teleport, teleport and grab speed up. Here something went wrong because some stupid took it for no reason, maybe an enemy to prevent me from using it.

As soon as I exit the tunnel a couple enemies were getting close so i used http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=30414 to stun the first to approach and http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=6789 to the next one.

Right after that i used http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21756 because too many enemies were getting closer so I avoided their stuns and stuff for 6 secs plus the speed buff. I was halfway at that point.

Then it was time for http://www.wowhead.com/?item=2459 near to my tunnel entrance. This time luck was on my side and there was a speed up waiting for me :-).

I dont know exactly how much time was left because i turned off achievement tracking because i felt so hopeless affter so many tries. I guess that more than 5 secs or maybe 10.

Note: completely soloed that, no help from allies at all.........7 out of 10 were dead at that moment XD.

Hi there, i would only like to spare that for a hunter with aspect of cheetah (without talent for 8% more speed) i was able to do it without any potions, speed buffs or w/e. The only thing is that there wasn't any hordes to slow me so in conclusion it is doable to achieve if you run in lane, without anyone or anything to slow/stop you. :)

I am a Druid, by the way. My guess is that this is probably easiest to do on a Druid due to Cheetah + PvP set bonus (as shown in the video)

I noticed in the comments here that some paladins have luck with Pursuit of Justice and both speed powerups; however, I barely made it and got the achievement with just one, so don't fret if the second boost isn't there!

Most of the tips posted on this page are outdated by now. Nifty Stopwatch / Skull of Impending Doom /etc.. causes you to drop the flag. However both speed boosts + Swiftness Potion is still a reliable way to earn this achievment.

Enhancement shamans can do this easily, with a bit of luck of course :P
Just run as a ghost wolf and while ur running summon your spirit wolves and with them use the skill that you walk with 60% more speed for 15 seconds.
Im not sure if the speed buff at the end of the tunnel is necessary.

Completed in 71s including crawling through the flag room due to a snare effect from an enemy ice mage. I used both speed boots at each end of the map and a swiftness potion.

Done on a 64 Paladin.

As a warlock I got it using the following ingredients:

2x swiftness potion
1x speed up
1x soulburned demonic portal
1x really undergeared enemy flag carrier

I started off grabbing the flag and popping my first swiftness potion, next came the speedup crystal which brought me till end of the tunnel. I positioned my portal just after the big stone in the middle, making it possible to get rid of melee on the way. Soulburned a shard on my portal, granting the 50% speed buff until the start off our tunnel. halfway the tunnel swiftness potion goes off cooldown (1 min) and you can use the rest 15 seconds for the second potion.

Swiftness potions is also a good marker to see if you made it in time, since 1 min cooldown + 15 sec duration of the 2nd potion is the max to reach the flag.

Just had a near perfect run, as a prot warrior. Sadly I already had it so I couldn't time it, but it felt way below the limit.
-Nobody on the other side even bothered to stop me
-Grabbed speed boost at horde tunnel
-As soon as I was out of the tunnel I popped a swiftness potion and heroic leaped as far as I could
-Charged a bot fighting with a hunter's pet
-Intervened the hunter
-About 5 seconds after that I saw a holydin going for my tunnel, so i Intercept-feared him
-I grabbed my tunnel's speed boost and capped(Swiftness potion was still on cooldown)

There are still some things that could've made it better, like Stampeding, Life Grip™, an enemy dk grabbing me but hey, how lucky can you get.

The proper way to run the flag: Naked with a fishing pole. I got both speed boots from the tunnels and two sprints in midfield with the help of free action potion. Total time: 67 seconds because of the two DK death grips that slowed me down.

Just 'succesfully' did it but failed to get achievement as a warlock. I put my portal down the horde tunnel on my way to the flag. On the way back I grabbed the speed powerup and soulburned my teleport. When it wore off I popped my swiftness potion. There was no powerup in our tunnel but I made it to our flag with 5 seconds to spare. I stood still, moved around on the flag but no luck. Right when the timer of the achievement fades I get the cap...... I guess some people get it but don't get it.... Q.Q

P.S. I have the Lavawalker enchant on boots.

A good chance for this achievement arises when your group quickly does the first cap - you're probably stronger than your opponents. During the second cap you can already advance, and pick up the third flag as soon as it spawns.

Use the speed buff in the tunnel and type "attempting 75 sec cap" while running out. If you're lucky, the bigger part of your enemies will have given up and hope for a quick end. With the announcement, you have a chance that a friendly priest will pull you forward.

I found this easier than participating in the frantic rush to the first flag and actually managed the achievement on my 2nd try with a well geared mage.

Being a worgen druid makes this dead easy: 突進 out the tunnel, travel form + 暗月疾奔 (it does stack!), 奔竄咆哮 in the tunnel, win. No buffs, pots or pickups needed, though it did help that the horde team was easily the worst I've seen in 7 years. I got 鐵人 at the same time... because I was never once even attacked, let alone killed!

I've recently completed this and the Ironman achievement on a toon I was levelling to do Herald of the Titans, it turns out it is not very hard, but requires a little bit of luck and, perhaps, most of all, patience.

I chose a pandaren shaman, I highly suggest either a shaman or druid on elemental or balance spec due to ranged damage and powered healing. Not to mention the ease they get on carrying the flag.

It is very important to get the best gear you can find available, in most cases, heirloons will do just fine, my gear was:

Heirloons: head, shoulder, cloak, chest, legs, ring, trinketsx2 and weapon.

Other pieces: neck, wrist, hands, waist, feet and other ring. Note: you can get very good bracers through the bag from random queues, however, their stats are completely random and it may take forever for the one you're looking for to drop.

Enchantments: I suggest chest, wrist, hands, feet and weapon.

Perks: if you want you can get profession perks, though it is not mandatory. But by all means, do not forget to drink this! You can buy it from the vendor in Old Hillsbrad Foothills instance.

A few BiS items can be hard to obtain sometimes, such as Keller's Girdle, Mindthrust Bracers and Arena Grand Master. So feel free to pick up replacements in the AH. Note that it was done at level 19, imo the best level to try this way since only druids and shamans have these kinds of travel skills and everyone can mount from level 20 onward.

To get the drop gear simply queue for the instance specifically and kill the designed bosses, you can also have a friend run you through the instance so the drop is guaranted to be yours, the inconvenience is having to travel to the place where the instance is located, if you're Alliance that might be a problem, consider queuing for Ragefire Chasm.

Most important note: make sure you get all the gear you need before reaching level 19! From 19 on you should minimize any experience you gain. Do not lock your experience gain with the NPC as it will cause you to fall into a twink BG and it will be much, much more difficult to accomplish the achievements. When I did it I was the best geared and pretty much the only level 19 on every normal 10-19 BGs I queued to, sometimes you'll have bad luck and your team will consist of all level 15 and under, you can either choose to leave it or give it a go, but keep in mind that you'll be gaining experience in every try. If by chance you end up reaching level 20 trying this, I suggest rerolling another char and starting over. Is it annoying? Yes. But it is by far the easiest way I've found to try these achievements, unless you have 9 pocket geared level 19 twink friends that are willing to help you with them :)

P.S.: before going for this, remember to ask people for you to carry the flag, since you'll probably be the best geared and with the most HP they probably won't mind. I capped the first flag and the second one was picked by someone else, so I politely asked for him to let me cap it and he gave it to me. I picked the last one and upon capping I got both achievements.

Bonus: this method is also a great way to go for Wrecking Ball, one of the most coveted PvP achievements for those who, like me, are not aces in pvping :)

Rogue is perfect for this.
All you need is 速度爆發 to do this. With 速度爆發 you can keep 170% movent speed all the time (normal speed is 100%) tbh you can keep almost 200% couse of http://www.wowhead.com/spell=31209. Also if some one starts to kill you use 暗影披風 and 戰鬥就緒 and also 閃避 and just keep running. Thats how I did it.

Gained this achievement earlier today (14-7-2013) on a Level 23 Worgen Druid. I used Darkflight and Travel form for the most part, and that speed buff that spawns in the main entrance tunnel. I was lucky enough to avoid most of the skirmish line on the way back, so that by the time I'd made it back to the Alliance fort, most of the Horde players had been dispatched by my team mates.
I didn't have Dash (I levelled when I completed the capture, you get Dash at level 24) otherwise I would have used cat form + dash in the base tunnels.

EDIT : It only takes one Hunter to hit you with a Concussion shot and you can pretty much forget about getting this achievement.

Seems that it cannot be completed in the 亂鬥：戰歌大亂鬥. Twice I capped flags with 2+ seconds left on the achievement timer and did not get credit. Our main flag was not in the room, but I suspect it's because the way flag capping is changed during the brawl.

I have not seen any other posts regarding this, but this did not work during PvP Brawl: Deep Six.

Attempted this today during the Deep Six Brawl (6v6) but did not get the achievement. Cap was done in around 60 seconds with 2x speed runes, swiftness potion and blinks. Achievement was white upon capping. I have submitted a ticket regarding this to clarify and possibly fix.

Edit: GM did confirm that Quick Cap is not intended in either brawl
