At the start of the raid there is a little water pool walk into it to get the buff called Dreaming Quintessence 6 people need the Dreaming Quintessence buff more can get it
Once you have the buff make your way to the boss and do 1 rune at a time you can do 2 if you feel strong enough to heal the damage
make sure not to put the fire on the runes as it make it harder to cast the water ability it has long channel

This one was a slight nuisance to figure out. At the beginning of the raid, is a shallow pool of water. Have everyone walk through it and a buff will appear. Start the boss fight and have players one by one stand on the six runes on the floor and start dousing them. It takes 8 seconds to cast and will deal about 200k damage to everyone in the raid. Spread them out as needed and don’t do too many at a time. Keep in mind during the dance phase, some players will be taking 100% more damage and if a douse is done during this phase those players will die.

After opening the bridge to Smolderon and doing all the associated RP, send 6 players back to the start of the instance. Right in front of the instance portal at the start of the raid is this pool of water. Walking into it will give you the buff 夢之精粹 for 10 minutes. Once all 6 people have this buff, proceed to (or get summoned to) the boss room.

Once in the boss room you'll see the 6 runes I have marked in this screenshot. The people that picked up the water need to take it in turn to walk over a rune and use their extra action buttons to douse it. The dousing process is an 8 second channel so make sure you're safe before starting as you can't move for the 8 seconds. Once the rune is doused the raid will take ~200k damage from 符文超載, so you'll want to limit it to 1 or 2 runes at a time just so no one dies.

The runes change appearance when doused but it's very hard to notice so you'll want to either pre-assign who's dousing which rune or have someone calling out which to douse so you can keep track of which ones you've already done.

We never experimented with having more than 6 people get water and none of our dousers died so we can't say what happens or if they can be rezzed and keep going. If someone adds that later on I'll edit the comment and give that person credit.

Before going for Smolderon, the raid has to go back to the entrance and enter the pool with a flower in the middle (shown in the video above) to get the 夢之精粹 buff. At least 6 players need to get the buff, but it's better for everyone to have it just in case someone dies during the fight. The buff lasts for 10 minutes, so if you take too long or you wipe, you need to get the buff again. The boss platform has 6 runes that need to be doused with the dreaming quintessence. When you go on the rune you will get an action button with a medium to long cast time, so ideally not everyone does this at the same time cos you need to have enough players to do the soak. Once you get all 6 runes, nuke the boss and you get the achievement.

Open up the bridge, then send 6 people back to the start of the instance and have them soak in the pool to get the 10 min buff 夢之精粹. Either summon them back, or have them run back quickly.

Start the fight, after a few seconds 6 runes will light on on the ground. One or two person with the with the 夢之精粹 buff should stand on a rune and click the extra action button. This is an 8-second channel, after which 符文超載 will go off doing mild raid damage.

Stand on all 6 runes and channel to get 6 符文超載 and then defeat the boss.
