You can get 9 艾澤拉斯騎士徽章 per race for a total of 154 badges (144 from races and 10 from quest 卡林多杯巡迴賽) to pick the quest speak to 安德斯塔茲領主 next to the Rostrum of Transformation where you customize your Dragonriding drake in Valdrakken.

Badges can be exchanged for cosmetic rewards with 瑪茲薩, by the Dragon riding trainers in Valdrakken.
You will need a total of 240 艾澤拉斯騎士徽章 to buy all the items from the Vendor.
to get more than 154 艾澤拉斯騎士徽章 you can do the races again with your alts :)
