It's worth noting that I didn't get the "Mixing Monstrosities" credit until I completed the daily version of Callous Concoctions after I had done the entire quest line.

Blizzard sent me here for tips. I have completed ALL of the quest lines AND the WQ. No damned achievement yet. I've retraced the steps for Mixing Monstrities and there are NO quests available. They are all completed. Any idea? Because Blizzard once again doesn't give a flying f.

1. 苦痛劇場

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 有潛力的爭奪者	Quest you taking from 可靠的安吉歐 50 51 Maldraxxus. Go to speak with 路易森 54 48.
2 最後一人	First slay 亡眼 55 33 then pick up 5 死亡的新手 they are around. This quest do together with 成功之道.
3 成功之道	Slay boar after use close to them 路易森的軟骨切刀 to get 12 血牙頭顱. then deliver skulls to 麥索‧穆比 54 49.
4 團隊精神	Go on arena and throw 團隊精神藥劑 on 15 競技場挑戰者. Care on Elite mob on mid of arena xD. This quest You can do together with 惟吾僅有.
5 惟吾僅有	Go on arena and pick up from ground 12 亡者的武器.
6 考驗你的毅力	You need to defete 評估者馬勒斯 53 49 and 測試者夏哈利 55 46 Speak with them to start fight.
7 …就算是最離譜的要求！	"This Quest you take from 監督者卡伐洛斯 54 51. In quest first Speak in oreder with: 1. 剛恩‧吞骨 53 51 show will start Ten use spell on extra bar ( if you done it to late just do it one more time ). 2. 挑釁者米諾娃 53 50 3. 奔放者芮西莎 54 51 You will need to bring 你能找到最大的石頭 is oposite to quest giver."
8 生氣勃勃	Take Quest from 挑釁者米諾娃 53 50. Go to speak with 索納瑞那 53 47.
9 副作用	You need to buy 必要強化劑 from 歐拉瑞納 ( is next to quest giver ) Then go to speak with 挑釁者米諾娃 53 50. Return quest to 監督者卡伐洛斯 54 51.
10 檯面下的規則	Take Quest from 路易森 54 48 then go to speak with 奧納寧 53 47.
11 別惹我	Collect 6 靈魄瓶 by speaking with NPC is camp ( with some of them you will need to fight )
12 為生者努力	Use Broker Portal on right side. You will get in new map, You need to kill mobs until 100% or press on 壞掉的牢籠陷阱 ( one is giving 7% ). When you get to 100 move to 68 57 and capture 『抹煞者』寇格夫 you need to get him to 1% HP. Then go back thru portal.
13 穩賺不賠	Take quest from 路易森 54 48 then go to see 可靠的安吉歐 50 51.
14 天梯	Defeat 3 opponents within the Theater of Pain. Just go on arena to kill Elite mobs, after You will kill one next one will come in 1 min. After finish this Quest You will finish Story line.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 字裡行間	Story line start from 塔伊蘭 40 33 in 瑪卓薩斯. Follow Ta'eran to the Sepulcher of Knowledge and hear his proposal.
2 跟著我複誦	"Read the rune stones of the five houses, then honor them by performing the correct /emote at each stone. After honor them will come mobs to kill as well use to correct Stone/emote: - 魔導師的迴響 inside cave 41 28 /kneel - 化學家的迴響 40 31 /bleed - 英雄的迴響 in cave 43 34 /salute - 工匠的迴響 47 35 /flex - 間諜的迴響 in cave 45 28 /sneak
3 見到就殺	Kill 8 狂怒暴食者.
4 靈魄流動	First go activate 2 能量水晶 one on 45 29 and 42 31 ( make sure that energy line is going to obelisk if not move 啟動死靈水晶 ) When energy will get to Obelisk acivate them both ).
5 書架上的秘密	"You need to collect 15 books: Books by floor: - Ground floor - 5 books - 1st Corridor - 2 books - 1st floor - 6 Books - 2nd Corridor - 1 book - 2nd floor - 5 books You finish quest befor 3rd floor just wait for NPC."
6 保護文獻	Slay 文獻管理員 He is on last 3rd floor
7 信仰之躍	Jump off the balcony on the 3rd floor That will teleport You to other room. Then Pick Up 勝利之籍：第一卷.
8 集齊一整套	Firs find 5 勝利之籍 then 72 books ( just pick them all like clean room from books xD. That finish story line :D

3. 混合巨怪

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 家有瘟疫	"Quest start from 裘達斯‧斯奈普 58 72 Maldraxxus. You need to speak in order with: 1 藥瓶大師勒吉 59 72 2 毒舌的塞爾利斯 58 73 3 燉煮師葉奇 59 73"
2 藥水池	Slay 燃燒萃取物 and pick up 攜帶黏性油 then move to 藥水池 to drop it. You need to do it 3 times. Sometimes is hard to see 攜帶黏性油 is under body.
3 無情混合物	Slay 燃燒萃取物 and pick up 攜帶黏性油 But this time move to 混雜怪物之池. Is 3 deferent Oozing Ingredients but for quest you can bring any. You need to do it 3 times. After finish this quest you will finish story line. 瘟疫之臨：涉入其中 is not required to finish storyline.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 連打帶捕	Quest start from 凱利希 46 48 Maldraxxus. Capture 10 新生的骨牙獸. When they will get to 30% just press on them to capture. Do this quest together with 大膽抓牛.
2 大膽抓牛	This quest start from 敦戴 46 48 Maldraxxus. You need to Ride 5 血膚牛獸, to do it first pick up from ground 多汁的啃咬者 then use on 血膚牛獸骸骨破片 then ride to 46 48 to the circle.
3 西進行刺	Slay 滿足的鋸齒怪 42 48 after finish this quest soryline is done.
