Definitely easier than the Uldir achievements, regardless if you outgear it or not. You can expect to 1-shot most of them, while a few can take a couple of attempts to figure out exactly how they work. Once you understand how they work, there's none of them that is gonna be challenging.

I can safely say as of 9.2.5 this entire Glory requires at least three characters, managed to complete it with two players and a 3rd character on a second account. Reason being the Council fight (Akunda's mind control), Blockade (you need one person on each ship and a 3rd one doing the achievement) and Jaina (three people needed to build the snowman).
