For the achievement hunters, yes the War Crate still drops and contains honour, conquest, bloody tokens and a piece of S4 BFA PVP gear.
There doesnt appear to be any pvp world quests on the map (in any zone of BFA).
Note that, unlike newer War Crates, the plane drops it and keeps travelling through the zone. So look for the chest on the map, dont follow the plane.
Timing for War Crates looks to be 45 minutes - to the minute. I stayed in the zone for all the times below, never logged out or zoned elsewhere while waiting.
Things to do while waiting in Stormsong Valley:

Farm Goldenmane Reins (for yourself or to sell on AH)
Farm Jelly Deposits (for yourself or to sell on AH)
Once a literal hour you can do the Honeyback Harvester event, which drops Jelly and Pets
Work on the BFA Meta Achievement - A Farewell to Arms
Write a wowhead comment
