This achievement was recently changed separating Loch Modan and Wetlands to individual achievements. If you are like me and didnt get credit for both open a ticket and provide date for the one you did get credit and the GM can award accordingly.

The combined achievement is no longer in game. At least not in my achievement pane, nor is it in Feat of Strength nor Legacy. I have both of them as well and can confirm the criteria for this is not valid as wowhead stipulates.

New Achievement Titles:
Loch Modan Quests
Wetlands Quests

This USED to be an individual achievement originally prior to merging them into one in 5.0.4 patch.

I have both individually, but not on the same character.
I'm guessing I need to do both these zones on the same character?
I will finish Loch Modan on this character (did wetlands earlier) and I'll find out.

Edit: You don't get any fanfare for it but it does turn green when a single character does both.
