Luckily you won't have to do a full run on either Heroics. Just require you to kill the first boss in both: Darkweaver Syth (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/npc=18472) in Sethekk Halls, and Grand Warlock Nethekurse (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/npc=16807) in Shattered Halls.

Strats are very similar to non-heroic mode. For Darkweaver Syth, the adds does a stacking dps; so try to DPS the adds one at a time for the first two spawns. Then for the third and final add spawns, just DPS the boss down and fear/cc the adds.

For Grand Warlock Nethekurse strat is the same, only change is his void zones and whirlwind hits harder.

I ran shat-halls on my priest today along with 2 others that needed the Tome of Dusk. Two of my group members were able to loot the item, and I was not. I put in a GM ticket and they had no idea what the issue was, but they were going to "investigate" it.

Since the key requirement for kara was removed theres some good quests to stack up on and do togeather...

for example... this one, and trial of the naruu: strength. bth require Shatt halls heroic.

but if you can stack this quest, the 3 trial of the naruu quests (before mag) the 2nd and third kara keys quest... you can do 2 or 3 objectives per heroic...

good time saver :)
