Based on drop rates and reagents needed..

for Revered to Exalted you need 21000 rep
21000 / 75 = 280 turn-ins
280 turn-ins = 2800 Morrowgrain

Morrowgrain drops approx 37.9% of the time according to wowhead stats, but drops 1 - 5 morrowgrain each time it does.
at 2.5 morrowgrain per drop, 37.9% of the time - you will need roughly 425 Evergreen Herb Casings.

Casings are made from 2x Un'Goro Soil and 1x Packet of Tharlendris Seeds, so this means 850 soil and 425 seeds.
The seeds are sold by a vendor in Darnassus for 10s each (is this affected by rep?) therefore the seeds will cost you 42.5g

Un'Goro Soil drops most in Un'Goro Crater from the Gorishi bug things, roughly 1/3 of the time, maybe a bit more. This means you will need to kill around 2500 of these mobs to get your soil, assuming you don't pick any soil up from the ground. If anyone can estimate how long you'd be killing mobs to get that done and how often you'd come across a pile of soil that'd be wonderful.

Last on the list is the 10 minute cooldown on cultivate seeds, this means that once you have spent your 42.5g to buy packets of seeds, and killed your 2500 Gorishi mobs to collect 850 bits of soil, you need to spend 70 hours and 50 minutes cultivating them. I suggest you do it while you grind tbh.

You can also hand in morrowgrain to this quest in Feralas , https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=3792 , if you are lucky enough to generate 20+ morrowgrain

Bear in mind that this quest is repeatable, which is useful if you intend to raise your faction with the Night Elves (attached to Morrowgrain to Feathermoon)

I found the guy but when i try to start the quest it doesn't let me. Im a 35 dranie, i don't know if that has anything to do with it but now i cant get exalted....wwaaaa

The cache is completely random. Just give to guild friends or others what you do not use. Many times has a friend been in need of mana and that unused Moonberry Juice comes in handy.

So my warrior completes this quest, which is kinda a pain in the ass, and what does the cache contain?

1x Cats eye elixer
1x Elixer of greater intellect
1x Greater Mana potion
4x Moonberry juice
1x Restorative elixer
1x Fine aged chedder

All and all quite a let down. Especially since the only thing I didn't immediatly vendor back was the cats eye elixer. I don't know exactly what I was expecting from this quest, but was quite let down. The quest IS repeatable, but why bother?

Perhalps if the satchel didn't have a 10 minute cooldown every time to use it, this quest wouldn't have been so ornery. If you are doing this quest, I wouldn't recomend paying for the soil in the AH. Just do the quest as you get the soil. Even then, If you aren't a mana user, I wouldn't waste my time doing it again.

As an alchemist I would recommend taking your morrowgrain to Feathermoon in stead. You get 10 seeds for turning in 5 morrowgrain. You'll gain 16 rep points apparently and even if you do not intend to use the seeds, they sell pretty well.
Ok, collecting the soil is tedious work but while in Un'Goro one can pick up herbs for Major Healing potions as well.

And save yourself some time and trouble. Herbalism bumps the chance and # of morrowgrain you'll get out of these things. My 310 Herbalist (with gloves and enchant) averages 5-7 morrowgrain per package. I only my other toons when I want to get Grom's Blood or some other high level herbs.
