you're not the first person to think of that, in fact there was a quest to be had if you were adventerous enough to ruin your rep with the steamwheedle cartel, that resulted in a full pirates costume as an honorary admiral of the bloodsail buccaneer navy!

As I'm still hated with gadgetzan and everlook (after i got my costume, i leveled up my ratchet and booty bay rep with a repeatable cloth turn-in quest you can do once you're below neutral with the steamwheedles), and kill these on a regular basis. no loot though if that's what you're wondering.
