These guys have unusually low HP, armor, and damage, even by Azerothian standards. A level 56 of most classes can comfortably grind them, while keepign an eye to see that the wandering Doomwhisperers and Fel Handlers are at a safe distance.

An alternate strategy is to kite them to the guards, and hit them with a melee weapon at least once, then let the guards kill them, after which you will receive full XP and loot.

These mobs truly are totally pathetic. Can solo 2 of these at lv 55 with my hunter O.o Great xp though, ~1100 from 59 one with rested at lv 55

Don't interrupt the Fire thingy . As soon as they have made it just get out of it then kill him.
They have sooo little hp, With my warrior i like kill 'em with 5 hits.. (I'm fury :O) :D

Just watch out for https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/npc=19282 if you are gunna grind here. She's not overly hard but being level 62 she's still pretty damn hard to kill if you're level 58 or under; not to mention she looks just like a regular Doomwhisperer.

Thes guys are so wimpy, all they have is a fire attack...that REALLY hurts..so when you see them charge it just back up a bit, no damage taken, hunters recall your pets for a bit untill the flame attack is over then send them back in.

The guy, as you see, has 2 dual blades so he hits very fast. His HP is ridiculously low. However his main difficulty is Fire Wave. This is a line of fire that he aims at his main aggro target and that continues forward, like Archimonde's doomfire. This one deals 250dmg per tick, and it ticks a lot, so if you stay in it you die. The line is long, so back up far, or simply run around erratically so he misses you.

I think these might be a little bugged in Classic, at least for hunter pets. Their flame ability does like 1000 damage every second to my pet.
