Immune to mana tap. Still possible to pull with it, but you don't get charge, and their mana stays the same.

kill these for the quest of "extracting the power"... you need to use the item BEFORE they get killed, once they die, you loot them and the little blue box that spawns near them... you need 10 of these. no problem at level 67.
