(1) Kill Julianne.
- Heals for 10-15% or so of her life. This need to be kicked, bashed, CSed with top priority.
- Holy DoT. 3-4K over a few seconds. This DoT is bearable, and you should be able to heal through it, so don't burn your
cooldowns on this and miss the heal.
(2) Kill Romulo.
- Keep the buff off him that makes him do 6-7K crushing blows on your tank.
- Disarm him every time it's up. Tanks will need to be juiced up in good gear and lots of stam to survive him.
(3) They both rez up simultaneously and you have to kill them all over again. You also need to kill them both at the same time or they will rez each other in about 10 seconds. Careful when they rez together because he will run off to a healer and one-shot them.

You will need to watch both of them very closely. It's advisable to bring a mage and a rogue at least to interrupt. You can also use a felhunter, but they are fairly squishy to holy damage. Two tanks required.

We found it was also handy to have a lock in the raid for the felhunter to devour Julianne's self buff whenever she applied it. Also for the spell lock. We have been using a MS warrior to pummel the heals and keep MS on Romulo. Seems to work well.

Helpful Hint: During Phase 1 and 3 against Julianne we found that having a hunter drop: "Snake Trap" (Link: https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/sp=34600) helped a lot. Julianne will target the snakes, and will cast either her Powerful Attraction (seduction) or Blinding Passion (Holy Bolt DoT) at them. This helps your healers as the snakes are sucking up some of her attacks.

One of the possible Theatre event bosses in Karazhan. Julianne is part of a fight along with Romulo. (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/npc=17533)

Phase 1:
Julianne alone
- Its useful to have 3-4 classes who can interupt all heals/spells during phase 1 to save mana healing the guys who get hit with the holy DoT.
- Priests can use the macro "/cast Dispel" to instantly remove the self buff she casts without changing targets.
- When shes on low health, its useful for the tank to move her to one side of the theatre.

Phase 2
Romulo alone
- Fairly hard hitting, self buff needs to be dispelled asap, otherwise its a fairly simple fight. Disarm helps a massive amount (~100% damage reduction). Time the disarms so the CD is refreshed before the start of phase 3.
- Keep an abolish Poison on the tank otherwise the debuff (-10% stats, stacks 10 times) will stack too high and require too much healing.
- Again pull him to the opposite side to Julianne before he dies to make it easier to pick them up during phase 3.

Phase 3
Julianne and Romulo together
- Position the tanks in place as soon as phase 2 ends and pick the bosses up quickly. Misdirection works well here, Julianne can cast Powerful Attraction immediatly on the tank if you're unlucky.
- Disarm is nice opener on Romulo so healers have a bit of breathing space for any mishaps (tank getting stunned on Julianne etc)
- Keep an interupt class on Julianne to try stop the DoT, you can ignore the heals for now. (I believe she does have a spell to heal Romulo but we never saw it, perhaps its its due to range/luck)
- DPS down Romulo first to about 5% or so (~8k HP) and then switch to Julianne, kill her then kill Romulo in under 10seconds.

The Hunter Snake's Tramp is very useful in Julianne, because she puts her "love" spell and her holy thunder in the snakes.

Spellsteal the devotion, keep Romulo devoured instead. After the nerfbat this event received it's not even necessary to remove the buff from Romulo, he hits like a murloc even buffed (on a 80% kara/gruul equipped tank that is). Only keep melee dps right behind him since the cleave is still there - can easily hit for 3k on leather. (we just let melee dps go on julianne instead)

They both need to die within 10 seconds or you'll be facing an endless fight. Much like the doggies packs before Magmadar and the Tiger boss @ ZG.

As a rule of thumb once they're both @ 5-10% left of their HP we kill Julianne first to eliminate any possible last second heals. (3-4% of Romulo's HP are doable even with 60epix)

She will no longer target snakes from snake traps (2.1.0).

On the plus side, Mortal Strike and Wound Poison will reduce the effectiveness of her heals.

For stage 2, we had a warrior and a rogue on julienne blocking her from casting, while having everyone else on romulo. When you get Romulo to about 20%, stop all dots, then have the warlocks start dotting up Julienne. At 10% of Rumolo's life, everyone should switch back to Julienne. When julienne is at 15% have warlocks and anyone else with dots start loading up Romulo then keep killing Julienne. Gotta hurry to kill Romulo as fast as possible, but it shouldn't be too hard unless you don't have the dps for it.

Devotion is a Magic type buff, so Hunters should be able to dispell it with Arcane Shot after the 2.3 patch.

We attempted this boss 2 times for the first time last night..., unfortunatley yes its a hard fight, this is how it goes, U start the event, once started julianne comes out and shes like a priest palidan type, she heals so bash her when she casts heal, if u dont she heals close to 40 percent of health, after killing her, she dies than romulo comes out, make sure hes facing away from everyone else, he does a move that if ur in the cone of where hes facing it hurts, cleve is what i think he does...., after u take him down they both ress and its almost impairtive that u make sure u take them both down within 10 secs of each other, otherwise ur screwed...., keep julianne silenced and romulo at this stage can 3 shot ur main tank so keep him healed at the very begginning! other than that i got nothing else

not too hard of a fight .. i tanked julianne and im fury specced and it only took one try .. just gotta interupt her heals and to the person that said within 10 secs of each other.,. hush because weve killed them 4 times and each time its been wayyy over 10 seconds between their deaths

had them for the first time tonight but got a pattern down right away. first kill Julianne as normal, then have a Hunter Misdirect to the main tank. AS SOON AS ROMULO COMES OUT make the Hunter hit him. otherwise he randomly targets someone and hits them until the tank has agro. Shaman also had a threat reducing totem out

save your mana for phase 3

when both of them rez, hold DPS until one tank has agro on Romulo, and the other on Julianne. the groups should then split up and go 5 for Rom and 5 for the other, swiching targets when neccessary to keep them balanced (we switched when there was a 20% difference). we had 2 people with addons that show health percentage call out the % on Vent

all the while the Hunter's Scorpid Sting should never leave Romulo for too long, and Snake Traps should be put down on Julianne to try to suck up her Holy debuff (3k Holy dmg over 4 sec)

we tanked on opposite sides of the room, but it's not neccesary

Mage debuffed Daring and Devotion was purged by the Shaman who was also interrupting her Heals. DoT's on both and if Julianne resists interrupts, focus on her but still try to keep Romulo DoT-ed if he is above 15 - 20%

dropped Romulo's Poison Vial (i won) and Eternium GreatHelm (obviously one of the Warriors)

I would say that this is the easiest Opera Event.

We had the Following Group Set-Up:

2 Hunters (Marksmen)
1 Warlock (Destruction)
1 Mage (Frost)
1 Shaman (Elemental)
2 Priests (Holy)
1 Paladin (Holy)
1 Warrior (Protection)
1 Paladin (Protection) -me-

First of all, before the fight, the DPS schould distibute who to damage while both Romulo and Julianne are up.

The warrior would Tank Julianne and pull her to the right side of the stage. The warrior, the Shaman and the Mage organized the spell interruption for her heal and managed to fully keep her from ever casting it. I would try to contribute a bit of damage and get ready to pick up Romulo right away (damage stop, Righteous Defense and start tanking with Avanging wrath up, as I would start off being very low in the aggro list. Romulo will usually target No. 2 in the aggro list once he spawns). Best is to be pulling him to the left side of the stage or as far away from Julianne's corpse as possible.

Me, Paladin, tanking Romulo also makes the life a little easier for the healers as I would remove the poison de-buff myself and the healers can focus only on there healing spells.

Having Julianne dead at the very right side and downing Romulo at the left, the warrior picks up Julianne right when she spawns again. At the same time Romulo will also respawn at his corpse where I kept Consecration up just a moment before he appears, so he would right away be picked up by it's damage. If this does not work initially, cast righteous defense.

This Macro helps a lot... not only in this fight! You don't have to target the aggroed group member, but simply the mob/boss:
/cast Righteous Defense;
Righteous Defense;)

The DPSers should move the camera out so you see both Romulo's and Juliannes health bar (press "v" to see the health bars on top ot the Mobs/Bosses)

Once both are at around 15%, the Tanks should move them together into the center of the stage and all who can, should AOE them, Mages can Bomb as Aggro should be high enough. Boom - They are both down simultaneously.

Easy fight if people watch the health bars of both of them.

Another option, if the group set up allows this, is for a single Paladin tank to tank both of them in the center of the stage from the beginning on. Of course the spell interruption has to be watched out for on Julianne and the Poison from Romulo needs to be cleansed. The Paladin would require good skill and a good (250+) Spelldamage to keep high aggro even on the one who is not directly attacked by the Paladin. (spam consecration and holy shield etc. and try to keep SoV stacked to 5 stacks on both of them which should not be too hard as reckoning will most probably be constantly on)

This can be an option if e.g. your other tank got a twink who needs some drop from this event. Don't experiment with this tactic unless you need to.

What happened on our fight is we had a warrior, rogue, and feral druid on julianne and had a lok put all dots on her then switch to the guy as i looked over as hitting the guy the girl was geeting lower than the guy and once the guy hit about 7% the girl dies so we had to quickly switch dps. we one shotted them in about 5 minutes

What we did was have the MT on Romulo and me(offtank) on julianne. we had 2 rogues on julianne for the kicks and the ranged dps on romulo, when julianne got low a rogue ran and helped get romulos hp down because julianne was low, while me and the other rogue auto attacked and he kicked her heals to keep her HP from dropping to far or getting healed, then when they were both about the same percent, the rogue came back and we finished them both off at the same time.

Loots were Romulo's Poison Vial (I won)
and Libram of Souls Redeemed (DE)

There are two reasons why this is considered the hardest Opera House event. Firstly, Romulo hits hard and does some nasty cursing and buffing. Secondly, they need to die within ten seconds of each other, or they both respawn. With one of them being a healer, that's quite awkward.

We took him down 2 days ago. Pretty hard on the first attempt.. just practice and you will be alright.

Our tactic:

Phase 1:DPS julianne down, make sure you interrupt her heals.

Phase 2: DPS Romeo down, make sure you keep him disarmed. Also a hunter can do Scorpid sting to reduce his chance to hit.

Phase 3: Offtank tanks Julianne + rogue kicks her whe nhealing, main tank takes Romeo. DPS Romeo down to 8% and then switch to Julianne. When julianne is down quickly switch to romeo and kill him. (This is because they both need to die within 10 secs)

How much items they are droping?

this is a 3 stage battle
first, you have to fight Julianne till shes down
second, fight Romulo till hes down
third (this is where it gets hard) have one person tank Romulo and pull him off to a side, no DPS on romulo yet, and a healer keeps that tank up
meenwhile the rest of the raid is focusing on Julianne, keep a rogue on her for stoping her heals
at about 25%hp for Julianne, move ALL dps over to Romulo and down him, but keep the rogue on Julianne to continue stoping her heals.
once u down Romulo u go back and finish off Julianne, THEY MUST BE KILLED WITHIN 10SECS OF EACHOTHER! if they arnt they will respawn and you will most likely wipe.

Our guild just did this event for the second time. Now with another team than first the kill. We did this in first try :P we were told it would be hard, but even though Julianne healed once, we killed them very smooth.

and obviously they are the biggest suckers in the instance -.- 1-st it is impossible to do without warrior.... and second - even with +100 hit rating my kicks still miss on juliet's healing so she heals... stuck at these as*holes for 2 days now -.-
