The Shattered Hand Executioner is a mob in the heroic version of Shattered Halls. He is the goal of a quest involving the attunement chain to open The Eye (Tempest Keep 25-man raid.)

You have but 55 minutes to reach the Executioner, which is the last boss of the instance (Kargath Bladefist.)
The countdown starts after you exit the room that the first boss is in (Grand Warlock.)

If you kill him before he kills any of the prisoners he drops several primals( 4-6 total) , potions (10-12 total) and a badge.

Is it possible to just tank kargath and let the dps kill the executioner fast since he only got 28k and loot the quest item?

As of 2/26/08 he dropped a Badge of Justice, though I'm not sure if it was because we had 3 alive.

Killed him after he executed one prisoner today - received 2 primals, about 5 mana pots and 5 health pots, a scroll and the quest item - no badge.

Killed him with no prisoners executed. 7 Major Mana Potions, 7 Major Healing Potions, one Scroll of Agility, 1 Badge of Justice and 2 Primal Water. Yes, the loot is better the faster you are.

Edit: The Unused Axe dropped aswell.

Incredibly easy mob. We managed to wipe 3 times as well as multiple single deaths on bosses, but still got to this guy within the timer. All 3 prisoners were alive: We got the announcement that the executioner had arrived as we pulled Omrogg
Loot: 1 badge, 1 primal water, 2 gold, 5 health 5 mana pots.
With this being the daily, we got 7 badges in 1.5 hours!

Does each of these drop a badge? That would make 16 badges if I'm correct on the mobs.. or is the Executioner the one that's alone? Still, a lot o badges.
