Being once a powerful wizard under the employance of Morbent Fel, this man is no one to take lightly. He is a powerful Warlock with AoE fear and Hellfire. He will DoT your main tank to death so don't bother even healing him, and before the fight be sure to tell him he will die. After your main tank is dead he will %^&* up your DPS'ers and you can't heal them, so tell them that they will die too. After that the healer can tank him until he's dead.

I don't really think hes a warlock....he uses warrior type abilities like intimidating shout and strike

Dextran was a cool guy on a lick of ale. Unfortunately, he started to sell dead bodies to support the habit. Still think alcohol is cool? Anyway, this is for all my homies who were sent up the river (Pours drink on floor)

you'll probably wanna clear all the other rooms nearby before you go for him, since he can fear you right into a room full of prisoners :)
