There are two pulls of these guys in Karazhan, and they both serve as the first pull of many before a boss.

The first pair of these are immediately after the broken stair as you enter the Menagerie before the Curator. The ones there along with the Syphoner / Arcane Anomaly pulls are on a 45 minute respawn (the timer starts from when the second Watchman dies, they do not spawn individually). Killing the Curator will stop these from spawning.

The second pair of these are immediately after the hallway with the Curator at the entrance to the library. The ones there are on a two hour respawn along with all of the library trash. Killing the Shade of Aran will stop these from spawning, as well as allow you to teleport from the doorman right inside the front entrance to Aran's room.

They do a nasty debuff called Overload, that makes you cast Arcane Explosion around you, so spread out.

Killed 2 on the way to Curator, 2 Epics dropped ^^ The Gloves listed and some.. rogue gloves
