What to people say about this item's lasting ability? Is this Use effect good for arena? Is the effect just for "Stop" effects such as Frostbite and Improved Wing Clip, or does it remove slowing as well?

I cant figure out where the heck to get any of these plans for the art of the armor smith quests. i talked to galvan the ancient and he'll teach me the shoulders, and some other random parts i dont need. but i cant figure where to get these

To get the various plans to get the necessary pieces for the armorsmith quest, you must do the entire mithril order set of quests. This starts in Orgrimmar for Horde or Stormwind for Alliance, and will take you to Galvan the Ancient in Stranglethorn to learn three pieces (gloves, pants, shoulders), and then to Trenton Lighthammer in Gadgetzan to learn the last three pieces (helm, boots, breastplate). The three items you learn from Trenton are the three you need to be an armorsmith. You must have the all three from Galvan in order to do the quests for Trenton.

Anyone know what the cooldown on the anti root ability is?

These are THE boots for warrior in PvP, used with the Insignia Of Horde Trinket you can get 2 times off the roots/ice. Very efective. Cooldown is kinda long but anyway wearing these still on lvl54.

Edit after 4 months of use:

Got many druids & mages by surprise with these, they dont expect you to break free 2nd time. With mages that's usually their doom, not many 1k hits needed. Anyway the cooldown is kinda long, after used the ability I just put them to my bagback and get owned by (frost) mages...Hope in some future patch they make it to work to get out of hunters freezing trap, wouldn't hurt if insignia trinket could that too.

Agreed, even if a plate user wasn't interested in any other piece of the Ornate Mithril set these boots would be a very strong choice.

Although not everyones cup of tea, I decided to deck myself out in the entire Ornate Mithril set. If nothing else, it looks sweet.

i cant make the boots when i have done 2 of the quests, he only learns me helmet and another breastplate

I have actually done everything that you need to do to get the plans for the ornate mithril boots and completed the quest. Problem is, after doing it all and getting the new charm I still don't have the plans. Perhaps it is a glitch?

… no I have everything ready to complete the quest in Gadgetzan … but this stupid recipe for the boots

These are part 4 or 5 of a quest series for expert blacksmiths. Multiple starting locations with various expert smiths - all direct you to Gagetstan <sp?> the goblin city in the desert. You may be able to just go directly to the goblin if your an expert BS. I believe the quest series is called "the world at your feet".. unfortuantly, i am not a blacksmith, and going off memory from a guildie :) Also, if i remember correctly, this requires Armorsmith specialty.
