hey this item is actually able to be duel wield able...make a human or dwarf and then get ur racial class quest...go to the opposite of ur race( dwarf or human) speak with the opposite trainer and do this rouge quest again

this can be done with other classes that might have class quests with two class quest items

I'm pretty sure its says Quest obtained at level 10 for the horde. I'm also pretty sure that the level mob you have to pick pocket is the same.

And considering I have a NE Rogue AND a Troll Rogue (Gimped I know, I wanted a raptor : P), I got the blade of cunning as soon as I could on both. i.e. Level 10.

::edit:: I speak for at least the troll version of the quest since I have done it. I know nothing of the UD version.

Yeah i played UD Rogue and all you have to do at lvl 10 is to kill one npc who roams from UC -> Silverpine then you get some letter you have to return, and then you can get the dagger. Pretty easy

ok this wep may be slow, but that means more dmg.. its easy to get wich mean easy xp.. its good for dual wield at lvl 10... its 2 agi wich is good stats for that lvl..
so stop whining about slow speed and thats sort of things and love it :D

If you play a rogue, you'll find 1.50 daggers are better for poision and 1.90-2.00 daggers are better for dmg, speed isn't always better for a rogue.

No its not a random drop. Its part of a rogue quest. So u can NOT loot it from a dead mob and u dont need to be that confused.
I have to say that i still wear it on my 20 lvl UD Rogue. A great dagger in main hand at the begining.

Both alliance and horde share this same reward... BUT why horde has Kris of Orgrimmar THE highest DPS dagger you can get at level 10

its because blade of cunning has 2.00 speed and kris has 1.50 speed so it hits faster

i just got this weapon with my lv 14 BE rouge, its pretty good for ropuges due to the agility but its speed, wow but its a pretty storng dagger especialy for hte begging of weilding weps

I have duel weilded this dagger in the past with the Backwater Cutlas sword. It makes the sword look like a butter knife, it's so big.

Update: Just got the Redridge Machete (sword) and it looks just like this dagger, only TWICE as big.

You can get two of these, alliance- do the SW one, then do the Darn one horde- no idea

Fun Fact: The Blade of Cunning you get from the quest "Snatch and Grab" is different from the one you get from "Simple Subterfugin'". But only in price, apparently! The one you get from "Snatch and Grab" is woth 4s 67c. The one from "Simple Subterfugin'" is worth 4s 69c.

You can do these quests in different areas if you like - like doing the 'Onin's Report' and 'Snatch and Grab' quests for instance (both alliance, one for dwarves/gnomes, one for humans). The only catch being that you can't complete the quest if you already have the quest item. You would need to sell your first Blade of Cunning to complete the second quest and get another one - otherwise you get the message ~ <QUEST> Failed. Duplicate Item Found.

Blade of Cunning is Unique, meaning you can have only one in your inventory at any given time. Various quest chains reward the dagger. You can complete the other quest chains for your faction only if you discard your existing Blade of Cunning. You might wish to do so to gain the additional quest xp.
